I haven't driven a Volvo for many many years and wow, did this one blow me away. What a difference from the Volvos of the past. The New Volvo XC90 T8 is a blend of efficiency, power and luxury and has 3 rows to carry everyone in style.

Nice car-SUV, good review, nice family. Made in Sweden first time better than Made in Germany-SUV. Interior is one of the best looking on the market on any car.

Nice review. May I suggest switching places with the childseats. The rear-facing seat usually takes up less space behind the driver. On long hauls maybe the front passenger wants to sleep. The driver sits in a more upright position and in the xc90 it doesnt interfer😉 im 186cm and we have two rearfacing seats. One behind the driver and one in the middle. Love that! Have tried that setup in alot of cars and the xc90 are one of the few that gets an A-rating

At 9:21 the XC90's headlights are great! The IIHS screwed up, big time, by giving the XC90 a 'Marginal' on it's headlight rating.

777Outrigger IIHS is a fuckin stupid organization .... I own this and an Audi with latest LED cluster lighting, Volvo’s is marginally better...

1. How about the fuel consumption? Compared to the t6? 2. About the air suspension.. Is it sporty or floaty? 3. Is the xc90 sporty to drive? How is the handling compared to bmw x5? Thank you..

Hi Peter, all valid questions. I had this unit for a very very limited time. Fuel consumption was about 9.5L/100km over 160km. Air suspension was neither sporty or floaty, very neutral, and i can't compare it to the X5 because I have not driven the new X5. If compared to the previous gen of the X5 which I have driven, the Volvo XC90 drives way lighter. That being said, this is a 3 row SUV so don't expect real sporty handling. It does handle a lot better than my 2014 Highlander Limited though.

strange you think it's strange you have to go from Park, trough(Back) Neutral to Drive and back! In a common gearshift you do the same!

True, if you are talking about a manual shift, I don't think that is the case for automatics. I have driven automatic in a few cars that never required going into neutral first.

Yes I've driven many cars with them but as I stated, these ones just works so much better than any others that I've tried. On some cars you really don't notice them but you really do on this vehicle.

789costela jag är också här och jag vill ha den bilen oavsett vad. Chokerande fräckt, genomtänkt och påtännande bil. Inte ens ett saab gripen flygplan skulle jag hellre ville ha.
