The underbody panel should only be held on by a handful of screws and pushpins. It should come off relatively easy. If you are having difficulties, take it in to your closest U-Haul and have one of our Hitch Professionals assist! We wish we could show every step but sometimes our customers vehicles are missing pieces like this.

This hitch has a weight rating up to 4500 lbs GTW and 675 lbs TW. So as long as your bike/Trailer combination does not exceed those limits, you should be good. However, always check your vehicle manufacturers trailer weight capacity. There are instances where this can be less than the hitch rating.
