Solution for Keyless entry not working on a Ford Fiesta 2017, 2018. Not unlocking on remote possible flat battery or key fob remote battery flat. This could also be just a glitch with the central locking.

Also, once opened place the fob against the steering column where a key would usually go and press the start button. The alarm will then stop if it's been activated.

On the newer fiesta I think you have to put it in the well in front of the gear stick underneath the panel

Does doing this open only the drivers door or the whole car/boot? My fob is locked in the boot and worried about the alarm going off when i use the spare phyical key ( dont have second fob)

Hi great help I couldn't get the handle part back on though it wouldn't clip on that easy I had to thump it I'm still afraid it will fall off while driving.

Thanks - managed to unlock the car- drivers code but the alarm keeps going off - hoping this will be temporary while I recharge the battery

I’ve tried turning the key in the lock, the mirror lights flash but I still cannot open it. Is there a trick to it?

The lights flashing are you double locking the car. Cycle the key twice in the opposite direction.

Yes if the car is a press the start button yes on my Ford cMax my push to start button is on the right side look we're the key whole usually was pop of the cap and start the car

wow never knew that i just bought a Fist about 2 months ago the day after it snowed i cleaned her off had her running, since then i havent turned her on.. so about 6-7 days. and now i think my battery is dead cause i cant lock unlock open the trunk

@@emanueleabaidoo6233 yeah hook a battery charger up to it and start her up I left my dash camera plugged in so my battery died no issues since
