Your random backyard mechanic has it much tougher than this. All of the parts new engines are assembled with are pre inspected, checked for tolerances, ect. It's a matter of putting brand new parts together with ease. Look at the tools and jigs they are blessed with. Not to discount the true skill of the workers who assemble the engines, i'm sure they are plenty qualified. But the engineers of not only the engines, but the machinery in these assembly rooms, is the impressive part.

+damegabom Yea you saw a turbo and also a cross hay looking piece of the exhaust simply called a Flex pipe but that was for the exhaust for the dyno obviously. but they are pushing this engine way past what it will run at when finally installed into the gtr to see if the engine was built correctly. if any irregularities were involved during the process of building it, the engine dyno would have caught it either it by just simply blowing up or you saw him with his ear and hands next to the vehicle, finding anything that will effect the performance in anyway and they i believe would either scrap it or start over if they found anything. So yes it will get glowing red hot because it they are pushing that engine at such HIGH RPM its making everything so hot! hope this helps

Kurwa, if you have no idea, do not speak up. Toyota built engines in Poland are 10 times better than Nissan built engines in Japan. I know what I am writing - I have a Nissan 370Z at home. Problems with the oil main after 60,000 If you use the oil recommended by the manufacturer, you have the engine overhauled after 80,000. And Toyota runs like a dream for 300,000 I prefer Toyota from Turkey than Nissan from Japan, but the French bought the brand and rule it their own way. The new Nissan is a lot of crap and the price of spare parts from space, waiting time from 6 weeks up.

@@djtjpain Depends on the manufacturer buddy. Some motorcycles and performance vehicles will even have their engines bench tested as you see in this video. Pretty much every other car will be put onto a dyno or rolling road to make sure they are making the right power, and also that it works.
