This mod is for a 2017 Toyota Highlander. I Installed the bezel for for my friend and it took a i think about 1-2 hours to get it done. I wanted to try to show as much as possible. Hope this can help someone who is interested in this mod. I loved doing this mod. another satisfied customer.
Tools you will need for this job:
* A Screen Screw Driver
* A clip removal tool (plastic
* A super tin clip removal tool ( for under the hood cover)
* A Philips head screw driver
A wire stripper
* A 10 M socket wrench
* Some zip ties
* An Add a fuse dongle
* A T-tap (2X)
* A flash light

Like your video I installed mine but it comes stay on for about 3min. Every thing is good but how you tap in the fuse box. Mine is tap different. I look at yours it is tap different which fuse did you used.

I have to look at it I cannot remember the Fuse I used the car should be back Next weekend so I can maybe even give you a picture. You habe to check on what fuse stay on when the key is on.

Mine is push start .in fact my neighbor call me at 330am my light is on 😅

@@peterwilson3241 it’s because you chose the wrong fuse. I had that issue when I first installed it it kept happening then I kept switching the fuse location. Then I finally got it. Let me see if I can get the exact fuse I used

What do you think about tapping these into the headlights rather than the fuses? I’m hesitant to tap anything into the fuse box. You said you used fuse number 25?

me personally I wouldn't do it. I wanted them to be separated from the headlights. I wanted to be able to come on at the same time as the parking lights. so I decided to use Fuse # 25.

Thos lihgts are connected to the fuse box and also connected to each turn signals Left/Rights so you can have them blink properly. in the Videos I show what fuse I use for the DRL.

Hello bro,did you connect theses 2 Amber LED lights to turn signal light or DRL ( daytime running lights? ). and where did you get the Fuse dongle from? Thanks bro.

When Amber LED lights on while you step on brake pedal and the engine Auto start Stop shut off the Engine...and when you release the brake pedal the Engine started back up to running did you see any Amber LED lights start to Blinking for 2 seconds? ( These happened only when engine start up only for all LED lights like: LED light bulbs , Interiors LED lights...etc ). if without Auto Start Stop the Engine running all the time No problem.These happened to my Highlander. thanks bro.

@@davidseng9396 just spoke to my friend and she said her car does not do any flashing of the ambers lights and even when she stop at an stop lights nothing is blinking not even a little bit. When the light changes back to green the car start normally and no flashings. I was thinking maybe its because have. Different trims level. Not sure. Also check on where you got the power from for those lights. I had to try 3 different fuses to get them to not stay on after the car is turn off.

you lining the wheel under the car as insurance otherwise you can be rolled over by your own car.

I’m always been save i had 3 big tires stoppers behind the other 3 wheels and I also had the E-brake all the way up. No taking any chances.
