Great review, I like this Audi a4 , s4 new models, But there is a 2018 VW Arteon with more rear seat room around the corner and it looks freaking awesome especially with the R line package that has everything the A4 has, plus same 2.0 liter turbo engine with 280 horsepower that's more than the 252 horsepower that's in the regular A4.

Surprised they don't give you the flat bottom wheel like the S5? I just got an S5 Sportback ... as fantastic as this reviewer indicates. Audi is the best car maker, period dollar for dollar. Not cheap, but soooo nice to drive.

always loved s4's, had a 2013. agree it is bland although it has always been conservative. that nav screen looks like an afterthought though, like they were like "oh guess we will glue an iPad smack in the middle of the dash randomly"

situation here I have a 2016 S4 bought used valued at 44k, but it's automatic and lacks life until you get on it, I'm thinking about a trade in for an RS. I say this after recently driving an ST and having a blast going 35mph..... I don't know what to do, the Audi is so premium but the ford is much more fun..... help

Not a big fan of the shifter, would rather have a round / ball shifter. Other than that, looks pretty much the same as previous years. Also not a fan of the chrome grille, but thats just a package deal there are probably black ones.

It is boring but they drive like perfection.

I have try the c43 and the s4. I bought the c43 which is faster and the interior is a lot better.

I currently own a 2018 Honda Accord and I am considering the S4 as my next car. I'm not sure if the jump is worth it. Any opinions would be appreciated. P.S. I don't mean as in owning two cars, I'm selling it or trading it in depending on several factors.

The tech is cool, but the styling is awful. The front isn't too bad, but the side and rear just don't do it for me. The rear taillights are hideous and it's too square in the rear, also think the silver rear defuser looks cheap -- side profile is just too bland. Looks just like an A4. The B8 looks better in my opinion. I don't like the new interior either. It's just too flat and 1980's looking to me. And I absolutely HATE when automakers put the screen on the dash like that. Like it's just sitting there popped up. It looks awful. I still prefer the B8/B8.5 S4 inside and out. This is a nice car, and I'm sure it's going to be 3.8-4.0 to 60, but I just can't get past the styling. Same with the new C-Class and 3-Series. I think they're all ugly. With the exception of the AMG C63 and C63 S. That's a hot car.

I love the interior and quality of Audi's, but I've always found them very boring drives apart from the S and RS models.
