Love this bike. Do you Know how to desactivate the rev limiter. It's the only reason why it reached 129mph.

do you have any issue when putting a quick disconnect leads to the battery, it wont start the engine/battery drained after a break from riding? or any common issues of parasitic drain that i should know about on the 2018 s1000rr? and sometimes after an hour of riding (w/o the quick disconnect leads on the battery) and got home and shut the bike off i try to try to turn the bike on again just to see how the battery is doing and it sounded like its kinda having trouble for sec to fire the engine up. any idea what could cause any battery problems. i actually bought a higher spec lithium battery just to see if that solves the problem, still waiting for it to arrive though.. hopefully it does solve the problem but i still feel like the battery is draining during riding for some reason. thanks for the reply in advance

I'm looking at this bike now. Same year different color. It's priced favorably well over the 2023 with low miles. Do u still have this bike? If so are u still enjoying it or has reliability been an issue?

Hopefully, your buddy's alive? He doesn't look so comfortable attempting to do what he's doing at those speeds. If he is in fact still alive, I hope he uses just a little more caution in the future. Speaking from experience, you only get a very few chances (sometimes only one) to screw-up on the road at those speeds. Better to live to ride another day than to waste it all doing stupid shit that you already know you shouldn't be doing in the first place. Ride on and be careful.
