Here are some that are free: Open Toonz(PC) Flipa clip(mobile) Pencil2d(PC) Krita(PC) Just keep drawing and you'll get there its not all about what software you use.

draw on paper aswell. try to figure out motion in generell. use simple gestures and slowly work yourself up to cleaned up animations

on this video i mainly used macromedia flash 8. It's a very old but solid software if used correctly.
