ford had the raptor and GT350R which if you do your research they are 2 very very fun and raw performance cars especially the 350R its one of the greatest drivers car ever. Chevy also had the zl1 1le and the C7 Z06 which a ridiculously raw fun car, at the time you commented, this so why did you comment this?

The fact that the entire camera shakes when you launch at full throttle just shows how powerful these mopar beasts are. This is why the trackhawk is my favorite car hope I can own one someday (im 12 so I would have to wait a long time but it will be worth it)

These hemi engines are honestly very underrated--that's coming from a previous hater. These things have insane torque from low rpms and the fuel mileage isn't terrible on the highway. They love cold air too. Winter is hilarious with these motors.

I love FCCs business plan. Make a engine more powerful than anything imagined using left over engine parts we wont be able to use once emission requirements change. Put it in every one of our existing platforms. Change the name of said platforms to "hell____". Watch Chevy and Ford and observe their progress after giving up in the performance category. Go down in muscle car history as a legend. Thanks mopar

This is quite literally my perfect car, looks amazing, has space, interior is beautiful, exhaust sounds fantastic, and it’s fast asf. Gas mileage I can get over when it checks every single other box. And only for ~85k😱

Thanks for the Rock and Roll Rollercoaster at Universal Studios analogy at 9:55 (it is Universal Studios by the way... you got it right the first time). Went on that one last year at night and was the first time I was ever truly scared on a roller coaster before. I now understand how the Trackhawk feels to drive.

I'm not sure when Jeep originally designed the interior of this Grand Cherokee, they planned the electronic tachometer to handle the revs of a 700 horsepower engine. You see it's a bit laggy.

2 or 3 times a year I meet some guys because we share the hobby of Single Malt Whisky. One of these guys has a Trackhawk and you can see how much fun he has with it. He says when you overtake it fells like the whole thing tries to jump past other cars.

Cooled seats come on when you pick “controls” then cooled seats so technically 2 buttons. I’m a tech so I’m just saying haha great video! Loved it

I've been driving mine for a year and 1/2 now and just want to say a few things. On a recent road trip I got 16.7mpg going 70mph on the highway. Worst I've ever gotten was 12mpg driving aggressively. There's that bar at the bottom of the Uconnect that you can customize. It's an easy drag and drop setup where you go to the main menu with all the icons and just drag the icons you want to the bottom toolbar like a smartphone. I have my seat climate control button on the toolbar.

Thats if you just run it at stock hp. Try an s1025 hp Livernois package and you can cut that milage numbers almost in half! On E85 I get 9.5 mpg on the highway at 75 mph and an overall average of 7.2 mpg combined. Definitely thirsty but it can pass everything on the road, except the next gas station. 😀

Compared to other performance SUVs that MPG isn't bad. I'm a retired BMW Tech and have been in X5 that were get MPG's worst than that.

That's the car model, the Model X is Tesla's SUV and has a Max Tow rating 2,400lbs Less than the Trackhawk. Also the Trackhawk has a greater Range (418 vs. 305miles) and Much quicker to refilling. Also No Tesla Car or suv has any sort of top end. Trackhawk does 180mph, much faster than the P100d. Teslas are 1 trick pony's...only quick from a standing start.

"Track" mode = LOL. Dragstrip, probably. Road course not so much. $130,000 Jeep = Double LOL. Drives you in luxury from gas station to gas station - yup! I noticed that there weren't many curves on your test drive = Triple LOL. Guessing braking might be where your "aircraft carrier" analogy is most valid. Need to put it up on a road course (or just a real life road) against an Alfa Stelvio Quadrifoglio (CAD $95,000, so you can buy an entry level BMW for the difference)!

You've yet to drive one or (apparently) do any real form of in depth research on this thing. Its quite capable on the track, it still is the second fastest SUV in the world, has 15.8 inch 6 piston brembos, is worth every bit of $130kCAD...all I gather from your comment is that you're a brand snob.

Saabfrk No, not a brand snob. 7:51.7on the N-ring is the time to beat. Fiat Chrysler knows the tricks they used for the Stelvio, so they can do the same for the Jeep (if it makes it around without refuelling, LOL). But I doubt they will (just like the Viper, which they never set a factory time for on). 700HP vs 500, but 1,000lbs difference. Would be a good comparison. The Jeep does not appeal to me. Especially not for that price. There are too many really good performance SUV's out there already. But to each their own.

Don't think you understand. The fact these vehicles make no sense is in of itself one of the features. I went from an X3 to an SRT Durango, and even though it has double the displacement and only 1.5x the power, I laugh every time I floor it. EVERY time. These things are nuts.
