This really helped I got a car same problem another shop did it and they bring it to use to fix it. This is the second time that other shop mess up this car then it come to me to fix it. Some people should not be touching cars. Why should he think cutting and removing a part of the engine harness was a good idea. You tryed your best to not call that guy stupid but he is stupid.

It looks like the tech was cutting the ground supply wire to the control side of the ASD relay according to the diagram. He should have known that this wire would not cause a short to ground.

They cut the wires ...that points to a dim or lack of understanding how the system operates. I'd argue that who ever cut the wire does not understand how a relay works. Thank you .
