City's legacy is a thing of legends. This kind of perfection is earned over decades of improvement. Nothing but respect for City. Even a 20 year old Honda City will easily find buyers. Also, Ciaz is a fabulous car, well equiped and with great value on service and spares but never a direct rival to City.

I don't know why people are criticizing ciaz , if you have Honda City doesn't mean that every one should buy Honda. Car purchase is individual choice and depends on the budget . No need of praising the car you own and criticise other Car. BTW I don't own any of them. But I liked the road presence of Ciaz and it looks expensive premium Car .

Many nonsense people neglect ciaz due to the absence of sunroof.This product can hold a mass of oil (petrol and diesel) I’ll conclude by saying that ciaz is the best product of nexa after s-cross

City body structure is more stable in an event of impact. As tested by ncap. I personally have used both of these cars and feel city is worth every penny in the long haul be it build quality, service and driving experience.

It's not always abt wethr it's worth paying xtra 3L for city if u have dat budget. City wud be worth it n I'm sure paying xtra 3L n getting a Corolla wud be also worth it. However ppl have limited budgets and d real question ppl face is which is d best car I can get for d money I have. Then its abt pros n cons. If build quality is d only criteria ppl will only buy Ventos n Rapids but dey sell d least. Its always about overall package. Maybe ciaz will run problem free for 8 years instead of 10 years of Honda but I will enjoy all d advanced features of Ciaz top model from day 1 compared to a bare bone city. I will Al's save lot of fuel money n sell my car in 5 years n get good resale as well

@@atulpandey6500 What guarantee you have that ciaz will run safe for the next 8 years? The build quality of ciaz is not as rigid to that of the Japanese or German rivals. You can compromise on some luxury features but never compromise on safety when it comes to driving on Indian roads

The comparison is good and quite unbiased...one thing that I feel missing is cost of owing the vehicles. Cost of maintainence in time of next 5-7 years. Cost of some must to do jobs like suspension overhaul. Periodic service cost comparison. I thing that would give buyer a better perspective and would help in decision making. Because after purchase the euphoria of new car diminishes and what come is after sale maintainence. Also resale factor is important. Please incorporate these also

Verna has best deisel engine but lacks space so good for a small family. City has best petrol engine and als has great space so perfect for a family as well. However, loaded vesrsions are quite expensive for both of them. This is where Ciaz comes into picture. Adequate performance n all d space a family needs. Pricing for fully loaded version along with mileage provides icing on d cake. Cheap service cost, resale value (maruti) and 5 years warranty are enough to close the deal for families

City is obviously a better car but petrol manual ciaz gives tough competition in terms of VFM. Top end ciaz comes fully loaded n beats similarily priced SV city with leather seats, led projectors, 16inch alloys n smart hybrid system. City has more power n better build but more power also leads to less mileage (official 17.5 compared to 21 on ciaz)

Ciaz diesel performance is better than City diesel. Low rev torque is good in City but as the rev goes up ciaz takes clear lead. Plus high speed bounce is way less in ciaz.

I own honda city AT....hard suspension.....costly Parts...Low Ground Clearance.If there are 2 or more people in car you will feel bumps with a loud thud...Low Milage ...In city it gives 9 KMPL , 15KMPL on highway no matter how much carefully you drive. Higher milage is not expected from City. yes i agree on power and drive quality is good.
