Watch a full tutorial as a 2019 Subaru Ascent will have a brand new 5 Channel Amplifier and Subwoofer installed in the under the passenger front seat. We will be integrating this Amp and sub setup to the factory audio sound system.
This video applies to Subaru Ascent models for years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and newer models. This video also includes door trim and speaker removal, wiring, and installation.

IF YOU HAVE HARMAN KARDON / ROCKFORD FOSGATE AUDIO SYSTEM:
--Your factory amplifier is generally located under the passenger front seat, and adding your new 5 channel amp will require you to remove and replace the existing amplifier. Alternatively, if just installing a mono amplifier for an additional subwoofer, you will tap your LC2i into the signal of the factory subwoofer.

Great, now I also need a RCA converter, I have The Dayton Audio DSP-408 (purchased yesterday, should arrive during this week) , there are inputs for highs, etc... could it be used as a converter?

Nice setup. Would a PAC T harness do the same as your T harness? I’m working on a 2018 Crosstrek. Anything I should worry about frying the starlink? I don’t use it anyway 😀
