This reviewer hadn't been keeping up with Cadillac news lately the way he had been talking, The '19 is the very last year for the CTS and replace it somewhat will be the '20 CT4 & CT5 models with a much improved interiror. IMO, the interior in the CTS is already high quality and gorgeous w/ authentic materials. The Cadillac CTS, ATS, CT6, Camaro & Buick Regal GS uses the revised 3.6 NA engine which rates at 335 horsepower and 285 lbs. of torque longitudinal layout while the rest of GM uses an older version of this engine. The transverse layout of the updated 3.6 NA engine produces 310 hp & 271 lbs. of torque for FWD applications.

The transmission issue is likely to be the stop/start feature. There is a little lag as the engine starts. I'm not a fan of the stop/start and would like to be able to have a way to keep it off all of the time.

I'd might buy this car used someday Zack.

That’s the basic CTS you have to get the luxury premium come with digital dash in Suff but you get a lot of stuff in a CTS then you get a Mercedes e class or BMW 5 serious like the Bose radio speakers in a cooling seats

I bought a 2017 three years later the transmission went out it pissed me off I had a fork up five grand to get it fixed GM needs to fix their transmission problems.
