Super Captain 2.5 lee You can bring a Ford Expedition to probably literally hundreds of thousands of places in the USA to get fixed. With a MB, aside from the very high costs of parts and service there are way, way fewer places to get repairs done.

Good info at 18:45 is that this model comes with a Class IV (4) Trailer Hitch. No need to upgrade from dated Class III!!

For anyone considering the size difference between the wheel options, make sure you keep in mind the pricing differences between 20" tires and 22" tires. There is a huge difference.

Hello Tim. Great video. I just purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition Platinum. It was a pre-owned vehicle with 29580k miles on it for 57,495. You think this was a good price for it? it doesn't have the extra tow package. Comes with the 2 captain chairs. One thing i noticed is that when i was going about 60 - 75 mph and pressed on the breaks i felt a vibration and noise. not a crazy noise but just a noice. not sure if this is common on these vehicles.

19:15: I wish Ford made the rear glass as a retractable that went down into the rear gate vs a pop-up/lift style. The retractable looks cleaner and allows maximum airflow through the cabin. I mean, it should at least be an option. After 18 years of owning a Yukon, I have NEVER (not once) used that stupid rear windshield wiper. Ever!!

How close to the vehicle do you have to be for the key to allow you to unlock it? If I have the key in my pocket and im walking away from my vehicle. Will it allow someone to run up to it and unlock it?

You have to be right beside the door. There are times where I don't have my key on me but my wife does and it won't work until she gets right beside the vehicle.

I just looked at a 2019 today and they are manual sunshades that pull up and latch into two plastic hooks at the top, just under the framing for the rear windows. I am unsure if they would be available in power. I know Mercedes has this as an option on their higher ends, like S63 AMG or maybe even the S550s.

Yes it does, I believe all the 3.5L Ecoboost engine have the port fuel and direct injection now

Question: when did they have cooled seats ?? You said they went from cooled to ventilated ..

I think 2018. They were called cooled and they switched it to ventilated in the order guide. Ford told us that cooled seats used a cooling unit under the seat and with ventilated they use a fan to pull air through the seat making it quieter and with no unit under the seat you don't need to worry about condensation under the seat.

I have a 2017 platinum. So mine has cooled seats and the new one has ventilated seats, correct ?

@@bimini99 I believe so, I would need to look up the 2017 order guide. You probably would notice the feel of them but it would be quieter on the ventilated seats.
