::: PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :::
The Bullet 2.0 MIPS helmet provides an answer to the age-old dilemma of ventilation versus aerodynamics. With its narrow shape and closed shell it is a seriously aerodynamic helmet but a quick adjustment to the Airslide system turns it into a helmet with sufficient ventilation to tackle climbs on hot days. With its adjustability the Bullet 2.0 is a road racing helmet for everyday, but one that packs serious aerodynamic performance. When ventilation is required, the Airslide system can be utilized to open up the front of the helmet and create an airflow throughout with exhaust vents at the rear. When ventilation is of lesser importance, the entire Airslide system can be exchanged for a fully closed cap, creating an even more aerodynamic version of the helmet. but whatever configuration you use the side, rear and top Venturi cap combined with internal airflow channels make sure there is always airflow inside the helmet, even when going full gas in aero mode. On top of this the Bullet 2.0 MIPS helmet also allows a quick and easy installation of the LifeBEAM technology to measure your heart rate, or the Inclination Sensor to monitor your head position on the bike. To add to the already existing protective capabilities of the helmet, it is also available in a MIPS version. In this version the helmets has an additional low friction layer inside the helmet that adds protection against rotational impacts, making safe even safer. FASTER!

Take a dremel tool, sandpaper, or small grinder to the nose of that visor for some more clearance. Don't be afraid to customize.

Great video and insight into the helmet Chris and Jessie. Really interesting to see visors are slowly becoming more and more the norm on aero road helmets not just TT helmets. Great work guys

The best thing about visors is when it's raining and windy. It keeps the worst of the weather off your face and makes it more enjoyable to ride in rubbish weather. I guess from the issues you experienced were caused by the smaller visor on this helmet.

Hi guys, yes its confirmed the visor / lens does touch the bridge of the nose that can become extremely annoying. So I did some research from a friend who is a optometrist who is familiar with modifying shapes of lenses. He advised me that I can use a dremel with a stone oval bit i can shape it further up to fit me perfect. Once you shape it to where it no longer touches your nose file it down with a nail file. Everything is done in small increments and gently. My lens came out perfect you would't even know that I modified it.

Will glasses fit behind the visor? If it does...its a winner for me. Sadly giro vanquish visor didn’t allow me to wear glasses so..

Kask Infinity has a better slider design IHMO, but I guess they have the patent for it.

If you had the opportunity to buy a Celeste color of the first version or the 2.0 in black, which one would you choose if you had an Oltre XR4 in Celeste?

Good to hear your comments about wind getting behind the visor. Suppose it would be worse on the eyes if you wore contact lenses. Is there enough room behind the visor to wear normal glasses? Where do you put the visor if you take it off mid-ride - does it attach magnetically upside down on top of the helmet?

Internal fit... What's the shape, oval or round? The bullet 1 is very oval (which is good for me), but is the 2.0 also a long oval shape?

What do you guys think of the Giro air Attack? I've owned the Attack and now a Bontrager Ballista, and i'm really missing having that front visor on my helmet!
