Cheslie Kryst, the 2019 winner of Miss USA, broke headlines back in 2022 with her passing by suicide after her long battle with depression.
At only 30 years old, Kryst left a note to her mother asking her to get the book that she had been writing published, and her mother fulfilled that wish.
The memoir entitled “By the Time You Read This: The Space Between Cheslie’s Smile and Mental Illness” is now being shared with the world, and it explores everything that took place in Cheslie’s life, including her battle with mental health.
