This interview was pure gold. This man seems to have a firm and thorough grasp on his bodybuilding history and on the competitors. he interviews.

@@issenvan1050 I wouldnt call him a legend, but being 1 of only 14/15 BB to win mr olympia kind of cements your name in BB history. He won the Arnold and mr O in the same year, a feat only Ronnie Coleman and Dexter Jackson have accomplished. He has a great physique and is an humble guy. Im not a B-Curry fan, didnt even watch mr O this year, but fair is fair, he is 1 of only 14/15 mr O winners, his name is cemented in BB history. After Jay C won in 2010, it's all gon' downhill. I like when he said that his parents chose not to medicate him for his hyper activity. That's perfect parenting for me. If a child has a natural zest for life and abundance of energy. Why dope the kid up on medication to dull him or her down?? Use it to the childs advantage through various activities. If that's a childs trait then so be it. No need to chemically alter someone.

Depends on the situation. Some situations call for meds. The meds help the kid learn and possibly grow out of the adhd. I wish I had meds as a kid. My life would’ve been so much better. Especially my social life as I was awkward and didn’t even know why bc I wasn’t diagnosed until I was in my 30s. So, in my case meds would’ve benefitted me as a kid. But I get your point that meds when unnecessary can be very destructive.

@LucyStar I have adhd, un diagnosed (old school parents). All my kids are medically diagnosed with adhd . I refused to medicate my kids until about the sixth grade. After exhausting every known alternative, fidget toys, learning disabilities help and mentoring, we caved in. It definitely helped keep them on task however they refuse to take it and truthfully I'm not a big fan of their personalities while medicated. I was interested in the pros and cons and definitely recognized it as a tool yet not a way of life. So I took it lol. I was surprised at how much it affected me at my body weight (200), as the same dose as my kid (120). It definitely helps, yet unfortunately there's a trade off between comfortability and production. I understand why my kids refuse to take it. After this experience, keep in mind that although it's prescribed for one per day, it can be use accordingly as well. Not every day. To your point, we're definitely not 100% in either direction.
