Well, I have been using Ganzo for a while thanks to you. Paddy hasn't helped. I think I even purchased some of your Ganzos. But, I don't see me getting into custom knives ever. But they did open the gateway to Spyderco and other brands. I am happy to see the newer Ganzos that aren't direct inspired heavily by someone else's design.

Just bought an fh11-cf to do a custom project I’ve been thinking about. On a side note I found y’all through BladeHQ and I’ve been seriously enjoying the channel. My wife is deployed and so the house tends to be quiet so I put you guys on the TV in the living room. Your sense of humor and tendency to turn anything into an innuendo is very much like my wife and mine. So thanks. You’re doing more than just knife reviews for some People. Sorry for the long post.

I just got my first ganzo yesterday but I started collecting cold steel knives first. Ganzo is a awesome budget line, not disappointed with the f727m a rat1 clone with a axis lock is a cool idea for a knife and it sweet in hand. I will be buying more ganzo knives , thanks to this channel. I have enough knives but more won't hurt.

My FH41 and FH51 arrived today. Both sharp, no blade play, perfectly centered, good detent and smooth deployment. The FH41 is almost "fall-droppy shut", if that is a real phrase. The FH51 has a tiny bit of lock stick. These really are great knives. For $25 they are great knives.

Hello. Stumbled onto your knife presentation. My dad used to make knives in italy. 60 yrs. Ago. I love knives only have several a knife saved my life. I have a disability and was in the prosess of being robbed when i showed my knife. Sadly i was forced to use it. I just hit him 2 inches with my thumb in place and that was enough for him to change his mind. A knife saved my life. In my 65 yrs. On this earth its the only time i had to use my knife. I will always carry a knife. Keep getting the word out. Knives are life savers. Thank you young people and keep the knife knowledge out. Ron. Z. Pgh. Pa.

I like the FH11 but some of those corners create hot spots for me. The FH41 looks like a smoother, more ergonomic incarnation of the FH11. I'm guessing it will be my favorite in the series too. I'm really happy to see original designs coming out of Ganzo. Getting a decent and dependable knife for $20-30 is a great way to try things out. It's also great if you need a good beater and you're on a budget.

This video popped up in my feed. I have honestly never hear of Ganzo knives. I am a huge fan of CRKT and my wife is a huge fan of Gerber. I plan on checking out more of your videos. Its not to often i stumble upon a KZfaq channel near me in my state. So cool.

I’ve got the FH11, FH21, FH31 and the F7562 Benchmade 940 “clone” with the “axis” lock. Love them all except the F7562. Not much love there. Stiff “axis” lock along with other issues. The FH11 and FH21 have a weak detent when closed. They will accidentally open in the pocket. No bueno. I gave my brother an FH11 with Carbon Fiber as a gift. He said it was the best knife he’s ever owned. He brags about how smooth it is and he loves the Carbon Fiber. The FH31 is probably my most favorite Ganzo. Good detent. D2 steel. Carbon fiber. Nice pocket clip. Has that cool blue pivot screw. My only gripe is that they should have taken the blade grind all the way to the spine. Or almost to the spine and got rid of that funky grind that goes from the spine to the tip. But I still have lots of love left over for the FH11 & FH21. There’s still tons to love in those two. Edit: I also own some higher cost knives like Benchmades, ZT, H&K, along with Kershaw, CRKT, Cold Steel, a few customs by individuals and a mélange of other fixed, folders and autos.

FH51 is my current smaller Ganzo favorite but I have a FH41 coming that I haven't played around with yet and the FH21 is what set my Ganzo craze off. The knife for the money is hard to beat.

I really like this company (and their products). Year after year they keep improoving and answering to their customers complaints/ suggestions, and prices are kept at a minimum (for the quality offered). Now they have D2, bearings, nested liners, better and more original designs, etc. And still you can find them at around $25 (at least I can here in Europe :) ) By the way, you should also try the Fh21 and fh51. (though they are all very similar except for blade design)

Carried my FH11 today, and my FH41-GY is in route to me, hopefully it will be in my hands in the next 10 days. It’s my favorite out of the 2nd wave of FH models.

You guys are funny! Cute couple playing with knives. I am really enjoying the showcase of the Ganzos. For some odd reason it makes me want to purchase a bunch of models!! I like all knives!! Generally I would turn my nose up at an off brand, but these truly look excellent. I bought a green FH11. Once it arrives depending on quality I might buy more! I searched high and low for I believe a 740G with orange handles. From pics the handles appear smooth and that’s what I really want!! Maybe that model is discontinued..... do you have one you wanna part with?? Great channel Bird and Frankie!

You guys for sure turned me on to Ganzo Knives way back when you first started reviewing them. I’ve probably owned ten or more at this point. Most of them I used for a while and then sold or traded in bundle deals to get something nicer. But, I think I still have four or five that I actually like a lot and will probably stick around. I was already a knife nut before discovering the brand, but I have a pretty limited budget for knives and could only buy a new one every once in a while. Ganzo just let me get a knife fix more often. They’re still pretty hard to beat when it comes to bang for your buck.

It was my gateway knives. My first 10 knives or so were Ganzos. I think they are better now than they were a few years ago. The 41 looks like the Bestech Kendo.

I have the FH21 and 51, both in blue. You should get these. The 51 is definitely a Frankie knife. I might pick up the 41 next. 🔪👍🏽

Looks like the FH41 is nearly as thin and slicey at the edge as the FH51, which they did not send you. You need to get an FH51. They're pretty damned nice.

I got hooked on pocket knives back in the early 70's, no such thing as Ganzo back then. My gateway to pocket knives were Buck, Case, Old Timer, Schrade, etc..... I still haven't purchased a Ganzo yet but they are on my watch list.

I just got a F7533-CF. Was surprised by how nice the carbon fiber looked on it. And, by the way, those pouches with the toggle thingy help dry away my lefty tears when you say "gross". Wow, just wow! And you said sorry and everything. Now I can both have fun watching your videos and keep my contacts well lubricated. Bittersweet, oh, well. p.s. Those inserts for the lefties are gross, so I would like to be the bigger person and offer a true apology.

Just so you know that blue one, it's called gray when you order it. But I agree I like the way it looks. Out of all of them I like the fh41 the best.. the one thing I don't like about the fh51 is that they didn't cut enough space in the handle to release the liner lock. I've compared it with some of the others and it is kind of a shallow cutout for your thumb to press the liner lock to release it. I'm going to buy a bit for my drill to sand it in that one spot a little bit to allow my thumb more space to release the liner lock.

I really like Ganzos I know alotta "purist" like to talk trash about them, but the quality and very affordable. They may look similar to other big name brands but they're not making counterfeits that but that firebird on all thier products. Ganzo probably makes up a 1/3 of my collection.

Firebirds are great value knives and an excellent starter knife! The new designs FH11 thru FH51 show their desire to drop the stigma with doing copies!

Totally agree with you, but let's face it benchmade has a knive with a hole in the blade, other company's have a knife with a compression lock and so on. Ganzo always combined the best of designs to make a great knife for an amazing price to get the brand recognised, car manufacturers do it all the time, but I do agree now they have peoples attention they have started releasing some original designs.

I love my Ganzo knives. I carry an FH760 or G729 at work every day. Currently have an FH11 in my pocket. I carry them more than my £100+ knives.

I just got an FH11 and can't believe I've ignored them all this time. That $26 knife has a better action and more attention to detail (nice recessed deep carry clip, contoured G10, etc) than knives I own that cost 6x as much. I honestly can't see where they cut whatever corners they needed to get such a low price. I'd chock it up to cheap Chinese labour but they still blow away other Chinese brands.

Jon T that’s the same with twosun knives, I just got a I own 4 and got them all sub $50. Tc4 titanium scales, backspacer and clip, toe with carbon fiber inlays, on bearings with d2 steel and one with m390. On par with $500 WE knives I’ve handled.

I feel like I like the FH31 wharncliffe the best. I like the blade shape and blue pivot. However I feel like they missed an opportunity with the backspacer/lanyard loop...could have made it match the pivot.

I love Ganzos.... solid knives and if you beat on em or happen to lose one, you're only out $25 bucks. If your rough with a custom you'll be pissed later. Like you said they are gate way knives.

I love mine. Great high value bang for your buck knives. The FB7611 is my favorite. If you're in the states and don't feel like waiting on them from china, power cutlery has a large selection, you can also find a bunch on amazon.

Oh, I don't know if you knew about it, but believe it or not, Case Co. Has come out with some new knives with old school looks. But they are liner lock even speed assist. On some models. Just thought I would mention it.

Gearbest has the FH41 and FH51 on sale. Ordered one of each in the grey/blue. The nice thing for me about ordering from Gearbest is that by the time they arrive they will be a surprise.

Gotta add one more vote for the FH21. Got one in the same sexy blue and LOVE it. Very nice action and much better ergos than the FH11. Works great in my large hands, but I think Frankie would love it. Most sophisticated GANZO to date IMHO. I have lots of “better” knives from Zt, WE, Benchmade (940’s rule), Spyderco, Tuya, Kizer, and others, but when I need a camp knife/back yard beater that looks good and works great at a disposable price, I reach for the FH21.
