VIDEO WAS PREVIOUSLY RECORDED SEPTEMBER 2019 - About 6 months after I bought this brand new Yamaha Raptor 700 it started having trouble running correctly. It would have trouble starting after a long ride and then it would not idle right. The engine would stall or stutter and then die. Finally one day it stopped running entirely. I noticed the EFI fuse under the seat was blown so I replaced that and it fixed the problem but only temporarily. I got maybe one or two more rides in and then it stopped running entirely even with a brand new fuse installed at about 20 hours of engine runtime total. At that point I decided to install a new fuel pump rather than take it back to the dealer since my 6 month factory warranty was expiring and I didn't have time to take it in right then with work.
