FYI Unplugging the plug at 5:25/5:26 gives me glow plug circuit codes on all 8 cylinders. Runs fine (no codes) with it connected. Maybe not everyone runs into this. Figured I'd mention it in case. Thanks Colt for the videos

I've been looking into getting a 6.7 but the only reason I haven't pulled the trigger is because I definitely want to delete but I don't know anyone to get the hook up from so that's mainly why I haven't got one yet. You don't have to send your ecm away, you can purchase the tuner module from the tuner and do it yourself.

My brother in law ordered his kit from Elite diesel. We didn’t send the ECM off cause it didn’t mention that on line. It came with a plastic g that resembles the plug on the ECM that plugs not the small black box and then to a PC. Is this to be used to remove the ECM and program it ourselves. If so, will the program open up automatically when we connect everything?

I got a question Colt. I have a 2020 F-250 and my transmission wants to go from 1st gear to 10th as fast as it can. If I’m going up a hill or down the street it won’t stay in that gear it wants to just stay in 9th 10th gear lagging around also have a huge delay in throttle response…. So my question is have any of yall had this and will delete and exhaust with 5 tunes fix this? Thanks for the awesome videos 👊🏻@coltsway

IF YOU HAVE A 2021- I just received my ECM tuning from Proven. You have to make sure the far right plug on the ECM, and the big plug to the right of that is plugged in. If you don’t, you will throw every glow plug cel there is and the truck will run like shit. Took me a bit to figure it out because I left them unplugged like Colt said. But, as he states, every tuner is different.

Question, why did you leave the far right unplugged on the ecm?

Can you still use the ezlink to monitor data. Boost, fuel pressure, converter lock....etc etc etc. After the ecm tunes. And can you change speed governor and/or tire size?

I have a guy here in the states that will mail you a laptop. You hook it up and he remote tunes it.will do the trans tune remotely as well. No need to pull the ECM and ship it. Hit me up if your interested. Tuning mine Wednesday.

Can someone help me understand. Am new to this, just purchased a 2019 ford f250, power stroke king ranch. What's the difference between deleting and removing the EGR? Or are the same? If not the same, which does what? Basically, I want to remove the def from the truck and would like it retuned, obviously update the exhaust. Don't need it to spin the rubber off. Can someone help me understand? Point me in the right direction. Maybe I'm a little slow, just trying to have a better understanding of what does what and what exactly i need to do. Example... does removing the EGR make your truck not need DEF? Then after you remove it, now it needs to be retuned to work properly?

I did this on my 2015 ecodiesel. It's so worth getting rid of all that emissions shit! Got the truck with 30k miles and I now know the engine is gonna have more power breathe better and last longer. Fuck those egr coolers and shit.

So on a 22 can I just send an unlocked ECM get the 70hp tune. Then swap ECMs so I still have my truck while I’m waiting for the ECM to get back?

Hey just curious what site you order your parts from?

Just want to throw this out to anyone doing this... You do not need to unplug the right plug from the PCM, and do not unplug the 8 pin connector next to the PCM. Those are your glow plugs. If you unplug that, it will throw a code for all 8 glow plugs every time you start it. Ask me how I know. Just for clarification... Mine is a 22 with the AMDP ECM swap/programmer with the SOTF tunes
