We have another dyno video for you this week! The heat finally let up just enough for us to throw this blu_badi on the dyno!
Oddly enough the best temps were in the middle of a thunderstorm lol Still, with the rain and humidity aside, we are very proud of the power she's putting down! For a Stage 1+ ECU Tune with ZERO modifications, and NO TCU Tune, we really can't ask for more!
DATA:
Stock - 220 HP 252 TQ
BDT STG 1 - 244 HP 311 TQ
BDT STG 1+ - 280 HP 325 TQ
1/4 mile times will be coming as soon as the weather cools down again!
Then it's time to start throwing on some modifications! What do you think we should do first? A front mount intercooler, or a cold air intake?

hey, nice video. I just got an b9.5 A4 recently and was looking for some spice. The info on your website is very helpful. My question was does your ecu and tcu software support the a4 40 AND 45 models?

Interesting. How much does that dyno lose compared to others? APR, Unitronic, IE, all have 300 hp+ for Stage 1. 270 is close to what APR was seeing stock.

You never compare one dyno to another. YOU ALWAYS COMPARE THE TOTAL GAIN ON THE DYNO. Meaning, stock numbers, then a stage x numbers. Grsb the total difference. That's how you compare dyno runs to other dyno runs.

im thinking of getting stage 1 tune for my a4 b8. Do I need to switch to 93 if I'm running 91 octane?

I would highly suggest 93 if you can grab it easily. If not I can make a tune for 91 octane.

what kind of fuel are you using? 93 octane mk7 gti with a tune provides 296hp...

It's not unlocked You bought a brand new car lol It's going to be a year or 5 before you can tune it. Hopefully sooner than later.

Was the base the 40 or 45 2.0L? Or was that option limited to 2021 or >?

We refer to engines based on engine code. This engine's code is CYMC.
