Cadillac XT6 in a squeaker over the Aviator. But would love a 4.2 Liter 550 HP Blackwing option, then it's a blowout over the whole class. Foreign or domestic!

I own Audi Q7 none of those two can be comparable even close to German. Technologies in Audi top of the industry. I see how ridiculously looks MB S class this year start copying Audi technologies. Lol. American cars unfortunately way behind. Only advantage of US SUV its a full size models. Escalade, Yukon. Only advantage I like its a size. Plenty of room and body on frame construction I missed sometimes. Q7 GLS X7 has less space. And primarily unibody design. But let me tell you, I have q7 for 2 years and never got bored with design inside. So pleasant and smart designed. Leased buick enclave before for 2 month and get rid of it through swapalease. Couldn't stand that crap. GMC and Chevy trucks same terrible design as well. If exterior is fine, interior so horrible. I don't know who designers are. Escalade stands out of it but still not ergonomically designed dashboard with stuffed all in one where you need it or not features. curved right side of the dashboard screen looks funny and like unfinished idea. I like monitors on a back, I have to admit functionality great. Lincoln hate from one I had in past After 3 years brand new navigator for $80000 become like a trash inside. You will see all cheap materials they used like leather and plastic. Plus endless mechanical issues here and there. Cant say nothing about escalade or Yukon, didn't have a chance to have it yet, but considering next one escalade but for the price tag doubts if its comparable choice with GLS or x7 for the same money. Plus American cars will lose value a lot faster when you come next time to dealership to trade car for new one. Just my little opinion.

We just bought the 2021 XT6 and the front is all my husband cared about just like you said was the selling point. We bought with bucket seats in back for the space.

I just picked up my 2022 XT6 Premium Luxury last week and I couldn't be happier with it! Terrific looking and functional, great space and comfort, reasonably priced for it's segment, great tech and safety features, plenty of power and a smooth ride! It's my first domestic US car brand purchase in 20 years.

A couple of things that you probably didn't know.. The climate control controls the heated/vented seats, climate control and heated steering wheel.. it goes by the last temperature when you shut the car off . (You do not have to leave the climate control on) When you autostart the car you never have to touch the heated or vented seats they will work automatically Starting high and dial themselves down you will never know that their on, you will just be comfortable the heated wheel will be on if it's cold out and the heat / AC (summer)will turn on ..also the caddy's can be set through the display to auto lock the doors what you shut the doors and or trunk and walk away ( about 8 seconds).. also the overhead vents go all the way back to the third row... And all three rows of seats are heated

Always find your reviews so therapeutic, they go at such a nice pace, yet not dragged out, while remaining very detailed. You go in depth with the quirks and features instead of screaming at how quirky they are HAHA.

Just got one last night (in Garnet Metallic) and we love it! Even my unimpressible Melinal son was impressed. To make it even better, we got a new 2020 and between GM discounts and the dealer discounts, we saved a lot of money!

Great review! But nobody shopping for German trio or RR’s is going to cross-shop this. This competes with Acura, Lexus etc.

Thanks you! I gave you a thumbs up for asking GM to make the headrest move in and out! OMG I have a 2020 XT5 and 2019 XTS both prem lux and neither head rests move in and out and drives me nuts! Listen to him GM, pleassssse!

The HVAC controls are quality. You just don't know how to properly use them. They are NOT meant to be poked at and hard pressed. All that is needed is a light touch, which will achieve the effect while also giving you haptic feedback. I guess we'll forgive you due to your Audi leanings, lol.

Looks great from outside, the interior can’t match Avaitor’s. And the engine is the corporate V6. Just pass and go for Avaitor. Until Caddy decides to go all in with interiors and engine, just feels like a higher end GM corporate parts bin vehicle, premium Caddy is Escalade.

hi! Thank u very much for making wonderful review of Cadillac XT6 so i have question as per ur experience in driving both Cadillac XT6 and Audi Q7 so which one of them have easier and softer power steering especially for driving low speed?

Xt6 if you get the base model, Audi if you get air suspension.

This is now my second favorite of your reviews, although I hadn't watched them all. Intro music from the XT4 is still my favorite. I like that your presentation is casual and not too "hype-y/KZfaqr 'epic' vibe" NOR robotic but if I had one nitpick it would be consider a look that reflects your casual upscale review feel . It's funny because I liked the look in the Q7/Q8 video but it's not completely necessarily. Casual comfy preppy maybe? I don't know. Still gonna watch your show HAHAHA

Give me some quilted panels in the middle of the seats. Plus Sedona Sauvage and Kona Brown Sauvage as color options, There're available in the XT5, why not XT6?

you are soooo wrong with the Audi i have one and it is not that nice. it plane nothing special to it. i actually love the Caddilac. it funny how everyone say the control is cheap when i see the German cars have so much plastic inside and i never hear a bad review on them.

Heck no this car ain't touching a Q7, let alone a fully loaded Atlas. A Chevrolet Traverse at its best, with wiper blades that look like a 2001 Chrysler.

Audi Q7 all the way. It’s the most understated design but will age well unlike the American counterparts. Interior looks ok but once you start feeling all the different materials it’s clear that the Cadillac is still not on par with the Germans. Last but not least this engine seems underpowered for the displacement. 7 seconds to 100 is arguably considering the Audi has a 3.0 and does it in a second faster. If it was my money I would always choose the Audi.

Cadillac designs age better than anything from Germany. Their signature vertical LED lighting and former Art & Science designs were timeless. Take the 2015 Cadillac Escalade for example. It looks much more classy and timeless inside and out compared to a 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLS. The Mercedes-Benz still has a phone pad in the interior. Get real buddy. You’re a delusional German badge queen. Please explain where the materials aren’t on par with German competitors inside the Cadillac XT6? That’s such bs. You people will literally make up anything. Smh😂

Nice looking car but I just saw the crash test for 20mph and it was horrible don’t know what kind of metal they use or lack of it but at 20mph the pole went half way threw the Cadillac those cars are cheap af

The only way the Audi has to move over is to get around the broken down Cadillac in its way. I wish I could post pictures of my Cadillacs on flat beds. After a customer for 35 years I respectfully has to say Cadillacs are made right before 5pm on Fridays . I give Gm credit for acknowledging my experiences. And they gave me all my money back on the last two Cadillacs. They were ATS AND CTS PERFORMANCE.

It’s just still feels old to me. Being a Cadillac owner all my life and having and Escalade since 2016 the interior is just stale to me. It just doesn’t compete with the Germans. The controls and displays Cadillac keeps using is super old man innovate please.

The Lincoln is superior than Cadillac and Audi. I'm a Cadillac owner, love them, they are reliable. The Lincoln gives you a bigger engine, Clearly a more beautiful interior. The Audi is a glorified Chevy.

Lol!! Owning them all, I’d say Audi best ride and quality but it is smaller than Lincoln and caddy.. owned them all but for sure Audi with air suspension.. I’d say drive a Q7 with AS.. never found a better driving machine including BMW and Mercedes ..!
