My brother bought a C-8 two weekends ago.His is Elkhart lake blue.I needed air in tire and went to his garage @ his home where he keeps an air hose,He opened the garage door and that Blue vette sat there,I thought of all of the people that wanted one,I haven't driven it yet,but he has had several and I drove them all,He said "Of course you can drive it"..He is 61,I'm 70 He is a minister/pastor of a Church.He helps a lot of people,And he is never to busy to help me,I love him😊

Thanks for the video. Went back and forth on rapid and elk lake blue forever. Finally went with rapid... out of all the real life videos and pics I've seen so far I think it stands out the most. Mines a convertible that has almost every option they offered haha.. topped out at $105,000 .. had to give a $10,000 deposit instead of just $5,000. Cant wait to get it.. been waiting FOREVER. Again thanks so much for the color breakdown.

Thank You for the video. I have an Accelerate Yellow C8 ordered, haven't seen it in person but I do like it. Ordered the solid color roof with silver stripes front to rear, high wing spoiler with Flash Carbon Fiber accents to help break it up.

I also ordered Adrenalin Red interior with micro fiber inserts, Red Calipers & Red Engine Cover & Engine Appearance Pkg. Between the Red, Flash Carbon Fiber accents should make that yellow Pop! My opinion anyway. I've grown to like Yellow, I presently own a C6 Millennium Yellow Z51 that I purchased new in '05 (only year for this color in 6 Gen). Thanx for the Like. Forgive the long reply, guess I am just excited they are Building the C8's as we speak! :))

I have a C7 in long beach red. It's an amazing colour different under every light. At night it's a deep cherry red and in the day the parts hit by the sun really light up the metallic flakes. Has to be seen in the sun. I would get that color again for sure.

I went to my dealer to order a Rapid Blue over black with blue seatbelts... And then found out that somebody else in my small town ordered the same car! So now I ordered a Blade Silver over black with body color accents and a high wing!

Congrats on your order! I’m glad to see a Zeus Bronze taker. I believe Zeus Bronze will have a high demand on the used market when C8’s start to depreciate. Sort of like Speedway White C5s.

Miracle Whips Thanks on the Zeus Bronze comments. I ordered that color unseen. Was planning on going to Carlisle to see it but was diagnosed with prostrate cancer and had immediate surgery. All goo now and glad I ordered it from Mike Furman. Walked me through the entire order process while recovering. Now excited for delivery. Looking forward to more of your videos.

The two blue colors and torch red are my favorites. Blade silver and Yellow are below that then all of the other colors. I like black but it will be a pain to clean and it doesn't pop like the others.

My early C7 still has the Cyber Grey and I love it. It pops in certain sunlight, is quiet if not stealthy in other conditions. I don't believe the make it anymore. Right now, they all look very sweet.

Colors, well Black is my choice for any little corvette I would own. but I will give props to 2 other colors, The baby blue one is one I would never see myself in. and yet I like it. the Orange what can I say it does Match my Dirt Track race car so I like it. the Zeus color has a nice shifting effect. and even if you said Black is hard to keep clean, no White is....

I just ordered a 2021 in arctic white. I love the white with black accents look. I have a black camaro and its too hard to keep clean, otherwise I would have gotten black. And my 3rd choice would be torch red, but I think that'll be the color that we see everywhere, and I wanted something a little classier, slightly more rare, and less likely to get me pulled over.

To the presenter: if you order hasn't been finalized (and you really don't want the white) you can still change it fairly late in the game. Has your vehicle been scheduled for production yet?, check with your (knowledgeable) dealer; he may be able to help you.

Yes both orders are finalized. The Black car is #90 off the line and the White one is being built the week of March 9th.

My 1/18 scale diecast C8 is accelerate yellow with black stripe, wheels and accents, It is what I would get if I wanted to part with my lifes savings and I dont so the model will half to represent the thing for me but I do really like the car, also I think G.M. could have made the engine midship back in the'84 model year when that major change was made

I live in KY..really been seeing C8s over the last few weeks...I was a hater of Zeus Bronze...til seeing it in person..color is awesome on the C8..Accelerate Yellow is also stunning..I am a Rapid Blue hater..looks like a crayola crayon color...Being a Black Vette guy in the past...that has changed to my least favorite on these...where Artic white is my number one

Every color looks impressive. But, the grays or greys, seems to work well with silver and chromed wheels, although I’ve been told I don’t see colors very well, especially at night.

just because white was the most sold on the C7, does not mean it was the most ordered by a customer, _ i would bet a months wage that white was #1 because Dealers ordered it for there dealer sales cars.

The C8 is incredible, I think the team that designed it should be in charge of designing ALL of GM's cars. When it comes out with right hand drive it will dominate sales of the world's supercars. One thing that would be AMAZING would be to allow buyers the option to select ANY paint color and this would include an owner's plaque with their name on it along with their name for the color. Each color would be EXCLUSIVE to the owner, never to be reproduced by the factory! If GM takes up this suggestion they have to give me the C8 of my choice delivered to Panama!!!

awesome vid. I have the 3lt Elkhart lake blue with tension / twilight blue leather interior. I added race stripes n yellow calipers. the other features I added are not visual. I started at 62k 1lt upgraded 2 times thanks to the delay. n extra jobs.

Once they add manual this will be my top choice, until then it will not be considered. One quality third party outfit, is retrofitting Toyota Supra's with BMW Manuals with great success, so there is hope. There were also quite a bit of discussion of a digital drive by wire manual rumors, for a fully auto/fully manual when you want it after a complete stop,, which would be game changing if someone can ever actually do that. I would pay extra for it.

I have Torch Red C4 so no.1-Torch Red/red, blue, or black interior, no.2-Lake Blue/red, black, blue interior, no.3-Sebring Orange/blue or black interior for me. Yes I like bright but not hot for yellow cars or peanut butter/tan interiors. I believe the bright color cars would all look better with black racing stripes down the center as well but just my opinion. I would definitely look at custom wheels as not impressed with any I have seen.

My brothers C7 arctic white more or less, then he had the rear repainted all black. But his C8 is the lake blue. For me I prefer the silvers, greys, or blacks however I imagine for the Z06 the loud orange would be appropriate. In general, the C8 warrant a second and third look, even if driving side by side with a Ferrari or Lamborghinni...

@@olofdaisler9121 solid colour..the affect gives the C7 an aggressive feel rather than toy like, but my opinion stems from a dislike of how the C7 taillights appear. To me at least it does not seem exotic.

Beautiful Picts- and good video to show me what color to order - White is my choice - but have to go with the 80% of the 2020 guys for the c8 to get the red, it’s by far the top order for the new c8, Why? They said that the red looks more like a Ferrari look from the red, so , I to agree and ordering my 2021 model with red, I was to late to get a 20 model so it’s again worth the wait to get it, But again good video !

The design reminds me of the old Jaguar XJ220, which were one of the most beautiful cars when they were released in early 90's.

Hopefully the C8 is more successful at launch! The XJ220 has mostly gone down in history as a massive disappointment. I still love it, though. Even if it never did get the V12 it was supposed to have.
