08374 msp sprayable Seam sealer 3M. ITS A 3m product

Is this a quarter panel you got off car parts? Just wondering if it was primed or painted black cause I need to do this just wondering if you have to prime the whole thing before painting or not

It’s a bedside panel and yes it comes black and you have to use sealer before painting it

Air belt sander, and air hammer to take it off
