I got my 2020 F350 Platinum January 15. The steering wheel feels easier to turn to me on the 2020 because it now has an electrohydraulic power steering which Ford needed & uses for the Pro Trailer Backup Assist & improves the truck's steering, giving it lighter effort at lower speeds.

I agree, the steering is lighter than my 2017 F-250. The 2020 is easier to drive. My 2017 is nice but the 2020 is nicer.

Could you check the build sticker on the truck when it was built date. It tells what day it was built.

Are the headlights in the lariat sport trim the same as the platinum and limited models. I think they are listed as quad beams I recall?!?

If you want to use it to work, this is the ultimate setup. If you want to play, the 7.3L gasser is the ultimate setup. Ben, what kind of camera are you using to record this? I really like it.

MrVegaslive I have a ‘17, my buddy jus bought a ‘20 350.. death wobble is pretty much guaranteed if you tow. And if everything can be fixed how do you fix the death wobble. It sounds like you need to go work for Ford because not even their engineers know how to fix it. My truck was just in the shop for five weeks and I only have 25,000 miles on my truck. So tell me how do you fix it what is the part to buy what is the part to add because not even Ford knows but you Seem to know exactly how to fix it. So tell me how do you fix it

@@brentlove8912 first off if you're really not happy with it and knew death wobble was something. Then why the hell would you buy in first place? Secondly, it only has to be in shop for a total of 30 days within a year to qualify for lemon law. I don't have the link. But, you could find it and read it. Basically the dw is mostly caused by track bar tre. Replace with upgraded tb and you're good to go. If you research jeeps dw also due to tv tre and how they fix it. Main reason Ford not just redesigning it or replacing with much better tb is cause they don't like to admit fault and don't want to have mass recalls for it. Rather a cause by cause basis.

No, the 6.7 Powerstroke is NOT a reliable engine; period. Check out Powerstrokehelp.com. From 2001 to present they have had a variety of issues. Broken cranks, valves, turbo problems, injector failure, water pump failures that have caused catastrophic engine failure. I had a 2015 6.7 King Ranch that was dealer maintained. At 48,900 miles I heard what sounded like a rod knocking. Dealer said I had a bad injector. Replaced it. Dealer called after road test and stated #2 cylinder had under spec compression and the motor needed replacing. They didn't know what caused this condition other than my water pump failed. Might have over heated. Didn't know why it affected #2 cylinder.?? Motor was replaced. I spoke with the mechanic on 3 occasions and counted 9 different trucks that had turbo problems. I determined that Ford's 6.7 is unreliable in general terms. Just to add, I've owned 4 Ford's and they all had engine problems. My confidence was gone. Traded it 2 weeks later for a 2019 Ram 3500 6.7 dually. Solid truck that sounds great. Totally satisfied. NEVER AGAIN FORD 6.7. Maybe their 7.3 gas is worth looking at if you're hell bent on Ford's. I'd wait on that one though.

6.7 is a home run motor for Ford. On the basis of lower warranty claims, best in class power, and best in class quality. Put 100,000 on my first one. it was a beast. 30,000 on my second one. Know several folks with them and they love them. So, sorry you got a lemon, but the 6.7 is a high quality power plant based on the data. Step back in time to the 6.0 and 6.4 and the data supports that those engines suffered unless you spent money to delete and address weak spots.

Sorry, as I stated that the 6.7 overall has issues. Really nice trucks but looks don't get you down the road. I only listed a few of the problems they have. The engine compartment is so full you have to remove many components to make repairs. Unless you're a mechanic; with specialty tools, it's not advisable to do any of your own work. Maybe a battery or headlight. Last I checked, to replace a headlight you need to remove the grill; poor design. Looks great though. I just try to provide factual information; buyer beware. Know what you're getting into. Best of luck to you as well.

You're sadly mistaken if you think Cummings doesn't have problems. Fact is especially with today's epa regulations diesels are ALL bound to fail at some point. Thus, I did opt for a 7.3 GODZILLA engine, which is overbuilt and designed to last a long time.

@@bentonheath6843 Me too. Consumer Reports rates the 6.7 Ford higher than Ram or GM HD trucks. That's real world feedback. Having had lunch with one of the gentlemen who developed the 6.7 for Ford, and being a supplier to GM, Ram, and Ford, I know that this engine has been a rock solid performer for Ford. There's a reason they have stuck with it.

@@MrVegaslive Yes agree, diesels can have problems due to emissions regulations. A big one is the dps. Once clogged, $3500.00 + labor to replace. Fact: Cummins diesel doesn't produce soot particulate requiring a dpf system. However, the EPA mandated all diesels have the dpf system.? I can tell you I use very little def. I used a lot more in the Ford. When your Ford dpf gets clogged, there are shops that clean them. Find a shop that will cut the filter out to adequately clean it. I would have slip flanges welded on so it could be "serviced" later. Cost:$600-800 vs $3500. Best of luck. Powerstrokehelp.com is a great source for info.
