I purchased my 2022 CT5 in August 2022. Saying that my experience owning this vehicle has been a nightmare is an understatement. Here are the list of major repairs/replacements I’ve had within 2 years of owning; Engine Head Gasket, Transmission Transfer Case, entire Transmission assembly, front Seat lumbar units, steering wheel boot, interior door trim panels, O2 Sensors, and so on. All of this has been replaced within less than 2 years of owning this vehicle. I had decided to purchase my first ever car from Cadillac as the brand stood for luxury and reliability. I put my hard earned money, and that too quiet a lot of it, towards this car. If I had known what I was in for, I would’ve went for Cadillac’s competition. It’s a shame because the CT5 is a very good looking vehicle and it drives nice. However the amount of Repairs and unreliability overshadows the whole experience. Looks can be deceiving! If you’re in the market for a new luxury vehicle, I’d take a one good look at this vehicle, admire its good looks, maybe even sit in it or take some photos and then proceed to purchase a German or a Japanese competitor brand!

All of those extra systems.. Ie turbo, inter cooler, oil supplies.. All of those potential problems, to get worst gas mileage.. And asking so much out of that tiny 3 liter, even smaller than the ecoboost, can't b good for longevity.. That engine is probably fine for a suv.. But not a towing pickup.. I'm not buying dodge because they are a European company now.. But I can see the company not being around much longer with all the recent changes.. Mostly just axing the hemi.. That was the biggest pro they had..

Would have preferred the BMW I6 B57 turbodiesel but the aftertreatment equipment on those kills the reliability. Just bought a MY23 Ram Rebel 2500 HD with the Cummins last September, but will keep my eyes open for more on these as it comes out.

Really , Lexus goons break. I have had 3 GX , 65 to 135000 miles, not one thing ever went wrong . Lexus is the most reliable car in the world , they are all built at one plant exclusively in japan , unlike Toyota, wont watch another one his videos

I got a question for Ben viewers A person this braindead who can’t even tell a difference between a G Wagon & GLS & you guys are listening to his opinions. From which angle does GLB looks like a G Wagon, did he saw blinkers on the hood or are rear type at the back or exhaust pipe coming from the sides or the body is all flat & straight & doesn’t have any curves. Isn’t the GLB looks more like a baby GLS. His mind is so messed up that he resembles it with a G Wagon & to my surprise so many people are listening to this braindead no common sense guy.
