i finished my kit and it started a leaking from the bottom radiator hose. do u kno what i could be doing wrong?

My rad kit didn’t come with all the fitings or the clear hose

On peu pas installé 2 radiator a la place..en installant ché pas un ( Y )???

Wouldn't water and mud be able to go up the radiator vent line to where the resevoir should be

Because of the way the tube is run gravity won’t let anything through to the radiator unless it flipped and the tube comes out at the top of the snorkel so the mud and water would have to be over the snorkel which would be a bigger issue at that point.

I think I would had cleaned the radiator very well before reassembled. !!!

I cleaned all the mud out of the inside of it, there was just surface mud on the edges.

How do you check your radiator fluid level without the overflow tank

Just open the cap on the top of the radiator I’ve been riding mine hard for months and the level has remained the same.

Should have just took the check cover for the coolant off instead off drilling a hole in that plastic and ran your hoses through it

I liked the look better of having it still covered with just the hole for the hose it’s all personal preference.

I'm not for sure it says you're working on a 2020 a my 2020 has some kind of electrical box hooked to the right side what you got to take off and yours don't show that electrical box

I didn’t have any issues undoing mine, just make sure you pull the clip up and try wiggling it there could be dirt stuck in it.

@@gwoutdoors3466 i figured it out was tough. Also had to put the overflow back on. Mine started leaking a bunch of coolant. You never had this issue ?

what type of coolant can you use

I used Engine Ice which is an option you can add on when you order the kit.
