2020 Lazy Bumb Hare Scramble Highlights - C Vet+

4 жыл бұрынPerfect conditions at the Bumb Ranch for the C class, this race had a nice mix of single track, steep declines, rock obstacles, creek trails and off camber sections to swallow you up. I managed to get around most of the bottlenecks and really enjoyed this race from start to finish.
Big thanks to D36, Garrahan and the Bumb Family for hosting a big weekend!

@3:30 I was chillin' on the left getting my bearing back when I watched that dude eat it. He seemed alright, and got right back on the bike. Glad you got footage of it.

He landed just right. If his boot caught the ground may not have been so pretty.

Awesome course, wish i could race that. Video probably doesn't do justice hos technical and difficult that track was.

Good job buddy! The conditions were epic for your race! Looks the C course was really different than ours. Also, do you have the noise cancelling setting on within your editing software? It's trashing the sweet sounds of your 300. It was happening to me too until I found that my software (Final Cut Pro X) was turning it on automatically.

The A/B race had that long wet creek section that looked fun but I'm glad they didn't include it in the C class as it would've been a shit show with the steep drop into it. That sound is how it comes out of the GoPro 7, it has a wind mode or stereo mode both sound pretty bad with wind. Wind mode kills the highs so it sounds muddy, the best solution I've seen is to add an external mic or a windslayer. Loads of vids on youtube complaining about the 7's built in mics.
