As a man you don't need all of that extra stuff. A place for your shoes and clothes, video games, tv and you're good. Everything is covered. Thanks for the tour.

Just an old lady tip, there is not one bottle of alcohol in my home, so when you are ready, that is another item that you may consider minimalizing...
