Nice video. Small tip, once new filter is pre assembled bathe it in new oil before installing. This ensures the engine always has oil, and helps you find the correct level.

Great choice of bike and good clear instructive video, may I also suggest removing filler cap before drain plug, aids flow and completely empties sump.

You did pretty good, but you should have made sure the area where the oil filter's o-ring seats, was spotlessly clean, before installing and tightening the new filter into place. Also, you check the oil level when hot and with the bike level (per Moto Guzzi's manual) which is why people need a service stand, or center stand on the bike, to properly do maintenance.

This is a very good video but I think this whole procedure would go MUCH easier if the bike were on a center stand.
