Your welcome brother! You try taking off the spur and pinion gear then install the braces and then put the gears back on get a good mesh between them then when tightening the pinion gear down go very gentle on tighting it. Go till its either just tight enough with loctite or if you get to a point while tighting the pinion it starts binding up the gear mesh again or feels like theres alot of drag when rotating the gears losen it barely 1/8 turn each time till the gear mesh is correct again and make sure the bolt or hex nut has a good amount of loctite and let it sit ovrrnight and you should be good.

On my Rcmax Supreme 55 Baja build every billet part in the front and rear is all Rcmax billet parts😉 i do have Rovan billet rear upper turnbuckles though and extended FLM billet lower rear a arms my man

That's sick brother on Getting a max 5TS!! If ya didnt know i designed/created and built the very first Rovan Baja Max 5TS. Rovan loved my design so much they put my build into a production model now known as the max 5TS😉 i have the whole build on video in my channel. The Rcmax fan cover brace does fit the 45cc and the rear engine mount should fit, but sometimes when you mix Chinese billet with the higher end Rcmax billet things do not always line up due to the cheaper chinese billet not being as good quality. Id try again and just try to finagle it to.line up the best ya can but sometimes its a lost cause....thanks for watching brother i appreciate it! Any questions on anything feel free to ask! @@FifthScaleOrBustRc my 5ts is all rcmax. Thats what blows my mind why the damn side brace wont line up. Everything else fits super nice. Maybe something is different on mine. The fan brace also wont clear the pullstart. I bought the rovan side engine brace and it matched right up to the rcmax plate. Maybe I got a bad brace.

Unfortunately it does not. Just the standard push button kill switch on tbe engine itself. That would be nice if Rovan did include one in there model's i totally agree! Thanks for watching!👍👊

Great question my man and awesome you picked up a Rovan 45cc!👍 now if you.go.ask 5 diffrent people this question, your most likely get 5 diffrent answers??🤔 It honestly comes down to your preference. I personally run 50:1 fuel oil mix. Its the best mix to make power without the higher risk of starving the motor of lubrication which will lead to engine damage. But! You must use high quality 2 stroke oils! Nothing from a home depot or Lowe's. Amsoil and Klotz racing are great oil companies qnd i also personally use them. Either dominator or Saber from Amsoil and Super tecnicoat 20% castor for Klotz. You can run 25:1 what the manual says, its way too much oil its not needed with todays high end oils you just end fouling plugs faster abd blowing crazy amount of smoke lol. 32:1 if your nervous on 50:1 at first its all on your preference!
