In this video I am inside a 2021 Acura TLX with Technology package. This video will cover all the buttons inside the Technology package as well as some buttons you may or may not have depending on the exact trim level you own

Great video! I've looked all over for a button by button explanation - even though I have the MDX advance but this did the trick. Could you make one to go over all of the different icons on the all digital dash - what each of the options mean (as you did for lane assist and cruise control you did herein)? Save me from reading the manual! Thanks again.

Hi Robert, quick question if you have the time. I just got out of my 2020 tlx aspec into a 2022 tlx aspec. Does this newer model not have the auto windshield wiper when it starts raining? It used to say auto now it says intermediate? Also great video sir!

The A-Spec does not have power fold mirrors

you only get the fold in mirrors on the advance pkge

The Ambient Lighting starts on the Technology package!

Which display? The main one that says settings or the one in between speed and rpm?

The power button on mutes audio but ow do you completely power off? The option to power off on the infotainment screen is greyed out cant select it?

You can't fully turn it off

@Robert_Cox I see that now since I made the post lol that is silly though why even classify it as power on/off then? It's basically just a mute...anyhow..sir I can't figure out 2 things for the life of me...1. Would you know how to set the alert when you are backing up...like if you are getting too close to something? Or even can it be set all around the vehicle? For example my wife's Land Rover alerts you when are too close to a curb, alert sensor in the front, etc..The TLX sounds off when backing up and there is a car coming or behind you or something , but not just an alert in general when backing up , Secondly when I first got the vehicle the mirrors used to angle down when backing up..help you see where you are in parking lines etc..but no longer does..the back up camera is fine but I'm old school I use the mirrors as well..thx for any advice..

For question number one there should be a button with a capital P and some lines next to it on the left side of the dashboard beneath the air vent. Click it so it turns green and that means the parking sensors are on! For the second question if you are in reverse and slide the mirror adjuster to the left or right position it will tilt down the left or right mirror!

@Robert_Cox Ahhhh ok that button by the air vents is for the parking sensor? Ok good to know...secondly as far as the mirrors I almost positive they just to auto adjust them selves when in reverse..then return back to position when drive or park..didn't require me to hit the left/right switch...but no biggie if it doesn't work that way or I'm mistaken...Thx!
