We are looking for details on draining the unit and refilling the unit after winter storage. There are few details in the manual. Also our water heater is heating up, it is hot, but only cold water comes out of the hot water tap. trouble shoot this for me please. 'cheers

We just got ours and our double mirror wardrobe isn’t sliding/opening for some reason. I think the mini wheels are stabilized with something,, do you by any chance know how to take it out? Or to fix this problem ?
