Everyone seems to love the sportback version of this, but I think I prefer the coupe. It looks sportier. 4 doors are handy though This one seemed to sound better than some other vids. Sounded angry when you were in sport

Yeah the Sportback is a cool idea for sure and very usable. Gives you that good blend. But of course the coupe is the most sporty version

Even though I would rather have the sedan over the coupe (due to me being claustrophobic lol) this won't slow down the performance of Audi. You didn't even do anything crazy but it sounded like you were going 80 mph with how great the engine sounds! And I'm also surprised at how much room is in the back.

@@BrosFOURRSpeed I agree everything just looked so good together. The ceiling, seats infotainment. I like how glancing the the audi performance variants u may assume its the basic A5. For those who want the goods without being flashy. I can dig that. I hate when people give me that look after finding out I drive a bmw. Its just a car i got it for the b58 not the bmw status. I'm a Nissan vq lover at heart. I've owned the DE, HR, VHR, and HybridVQHR. Now I got the b58 love.

2.9??? Back in the day- a Civic Si had 160hp all the engine could muster- but nowadays small engines get giant hp! Sweet car Good review Brian-

I'm not too sure what they tested. But I'm just using Audi's specs for this video

Ya you can get those kinds of numbers with it. 3.7 is quite conservative, but Audi does that with all their 0-60 times for whatever reason. (Seems like they’d do the opposite)

I believe there was a G Meter. Not too sure if there was lap timers and things like that

@@BrosFOURRSpeed Actually just bought a 2021 RS5 Sportback yesterday and with the R Dynamics Package it does have lap timers and some other track features. As I've only had the car about 18 hours I still haven't figured out everything so I'm not sure if it has 0-60 or 1/4 mile timers like some of the AMG's or the C7/C8's have. As you mentioned, it does have a G-Force meter as well as boost gauge, full temperature gauges, and coolest of all, tire pressure and tire temperature monitors. Traded my 2015 S5 in for it and I'm SO HAPPY with this decision! In Comfort mode it rides almost as well as my wife's 2019 C300. Gonna give it at least 1000 miles before I try out launch control but at this rate, that might only be a few days from now.

The RS5 is limited to 250, but you can go up to 280 by paying for the performance pack. I’m guessing this RS5 you’re reviewing has the performance pack which allows you to increase the top speed. The speeds I’m giving is in kmh not mph.

Yeah all these German cars are limited stock it seems. Can also tune them and really bump it up!

A bit more luxurious. Not quite as fast feeling or sporty. BMW takes the win for the best performance car like this. Audi is more on the Luxury side

Dude ... you need to do a full pull with coming close to redline. Anyone who buys this car is probably interested in how it sounds above 4000rpm. I respect that you’re trying to baby it because it’s new... but 1 or 2 redlines won’t harm the engine.

Going to redline on a brand new car isn't something to do, especially since it's not my car. I don't drive hard in dealer cars, if this was a press car or a friends I could do that.

Yeah they seem to be getting up there in price! Don't think I'd spend $90k+ for this car. Especially when an M4 is $20k cheaper

Not happy with the performance review portion. If you're going to review a performance car, you need to push up the rpm and drive it like it's meant to be driven 😒

84 k for this lousy car. I paid 75 k for Corette z06 which goes from zero to 60 in 3.2 seconds. I had 2015 rs 5. At 60 k the electronic MM1 module went bad. It cost me 6k to repair. Never audi again.

Oh wow. Sucks to have that kind of issue. This was pretty pricey. I didn't think it'd be this much. But it has more luxuries and practicality then the Corvette also
