Would be interesting the consumption difference to a 530d xdrive. I know you have the pre-facelifted model, but it shoul be a difference because the new one is a mild-hybrid

it's more aerodynamic i guess. They once did a test on top gear where they found that a bmw m3 is more fuelk efficient than a toyota prius

Is there a noticeable difference between this 333 PS LCI version and the 340 PS prefacelift version, in terms of acceleration ? Thanks for the videos

there is a test with the lci one at minute 20:05. they tested the car 2 or 3 times and the results are really lame! the times can't be normal, because the pre lci has really good acceleration values! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oNd-ltZ5ktbYXWQ.html

@@badmanner190676 Most certainly it's the PPF and the different tune to meet european emission regulation, US spec cars didn't get the detune with the LCI.

@@MehdiJ-zw7dz yeah, but only diesel has PPF. or do you mean anything else? in case of the 540i LCI, this car is lame and i wouldn't recommend to buy it.

@@badmanner190676 Actually (if I remember correctly) most petrol cars in the EU made after September 2018 got a particulate filter, but even that is not enough anymore so they to detune the engines.

Hatte schon beide als Mietwagen und glaub mir, auch wenn der Diesel natürlich auch erste Sahne ist, der Fahrspaß des Benziners ist die höheren Spritkosten definitiv wert... 😍

There is no M540i, at the moment the 540d and 540i are the most powerful engines. For the Pre-Facelift model there was an M550d availaible for the Touring. At the moment an M Performance model ist just available for the sedan. The M550i. But this car in the video is specced with the M Sport Trim.
