Hello from Oregon, bad ass RT I just purchased a 2013 blacked out RT. Previous owner took excellent care of it. Nice mod additions, thank you for the review new sub.

Hey new to your channel. I own a 2017 Durango RT . There is one easy mod that I think your missing. Tint the mirror marker lights. I have also tinted the headlights on my SUV. Looking forward to seeing you get the spoiler and rear bumper. If possible can you show some of the installation process on the spoiler if or when acquired.

Got a '15 R/T. Mid muffler cut out, straight piped back to 2 Gibson mufflers, and had the pcm unlocked and tuned. Great trucks.

Just discovered your channel and became a new subscriber. At a price standpoint, I had been looking at the R/T vs the SRT. After watching a couple of your videos, you have me really starting to lean towards the R/T. Keep up the great content and I am looking forward to seeing your channel grow.

Really appreciate your support! The R/T is quick sounds good and looks good. Some minor mods to make it look like an srt or hellcat and you’re golden. The 5.7 is the better engine for power upgrades. 6.4s are notorious for being ticking time bombs under and boost.

Thanks man appreciate it very much. The rt is a great platform. Reliability is much butter than the srt models. And the parts are a direct bolt on. Many confuse our build for a hellcat

Love the video and the car I have the same one. Do you regret not getting one with the tow and go package? I’m having buyers remorse. For the life I couldn’t find 2021 with it and now just this 2023 I found a shit ton. The exhaust , adaptive suspension, wider fenders tires and rims, Brembos, LSD, snow and track modes higher speedometer. And that’s a 5k option. It will cost that or more to get all that. So now I’m like fuck should I just trade up. Lol 😂love what you did with the stripes. Where’s you get hat from?

Everyone sees your plate everyday on the road, it doesn't really matter if anyone sees it. I have a personalized special edition plate - i like to show it off, as i bought it for people to see and read.

Sweet ride/setup brother! Love the Durango and this is one of the nicest ice seen! How's the ride quality with the new setup?

Thank you brotha. And the ride quality is basically the same as stock. It feels alot more planted around corners with the lowering springs. I will say the front dropped alot more than advertised. Maybe too much. So I think i may go with bags next.

Nice Durango Your racing stripes…are they painted or vinyl? And if vinyl what do you feel are the advantages over paint

Vinyl and advantages are if you dont like how they come out you can change them easily. Warranty with the person who installs is another one and i want to maintain my stock paint i didnt want anything that would ruin the stock parts on the durango

Not 100% sure on the stripe color. And i like the smoke headlights but Im not sure if it will fit the look of our car.

@@JerseyMopar I have the Destroyer Gray DH & I blacked out the headlights and Taillights. You can do it yourself but I ended up paying for someone to do it

I wanna lower my 22 Durango rt as well but I was wondering how does it effect the ride and is there any damage that is caused by this thanks in advance if you respond 👍🏾

No damage done no matter how you lower it. If you keep the stock wheel spacing. If your wheels stick out past your fender and you lower it all the way of course when you hit a bump your tires will hit the fender. Ride quality now. If you do springs like I did the quality will be almost the same as stock. It will feel more stable around curves for sure which is an added bonus. But you have adjustability in the ride height like if you were to bag it. Air bags are nice but its a much tougher ride quality because theres no compression like springs to soak up the bumps.

A company that sells them is lightingtrendz i dont remember if we got it from them or another company. Works well. Don’t really use it to be honest.

No its more of a grocery getter at the moment. And we have a few other projects coming to the channel so the Durango was kind of put on the back burner.

No link to conversion kit. I went on rock auto and used the parts from a 2016 jeep srt. Direct bolt on.

@@Volksmash at the time i bought the durango you couldnt find tow n gos. I happened to walk into a dealer and see this one on the showroom floor so we took it.

i just crossed your channel I was just wondering I got told that the black top package top speed is 118 and the tow and go is 145 what’s the top speed on yours

My top speed is 118. It would make sense. The tow and go has the srt brakes and wheel and tire setup.

@@seezaresho1658 youll go faster. But the stock brakes may not be suited for sudden stops at that high rate of speed. Also no sure if the stock tires are rated for that speed.

You having the rt you might have the load leveling shocks in the rear. Might have to switch the rear shocks to lower the rear

I did change out the shocks for v6 durango rear shocks. Even with the v6 rear shocks the rear didnt lower that much also my driveway is on an incline so it puts more weight on the front making the rear slightly higher in this video.
