The XLT Tremor is awesome! I would prefer this than the Raptor, let's be honest, we don't really need the "off-road" capability of the Raptor in a daily basis but this truck is fine for what it is and you could live with it. Plus I bet the payload capacity of the bed can carry more weight than the Raptor.

@@onlinealias622 that's what I've said man, different opinions. We use trucks to carry stuff but I think it's not different at all because this uses fox shocks in all four instead of leaf springs.

Yeah same ford wheel, gauges are nearly identical to most other fords, the shift knob is identical too. I guess that's how they can cut costs, but it seems very lackluster.

I had a 2021 XLT Sport in Cactus Gray (video on my channel) that I dumped for a 2021 Tacoma SR5 Trail Edition. I still miss the Ranger some days; most of all being the Ecoboost engine and the almost 500lbs more payload the Ranger can do. Couldn't get over some of the cost cutting bits in the Ranger to convince myself to keep it long term. Waiting for the 2023.

it does seem that the XLT has the center screen on the cluster with the speedo and tach. while the lariat has the center speedometer with the 2 little screens.. they call my screen in the XL a 'calculator screen' lol

Nice video in a nice truck but I know very little a out this truck ,other than some switches on the dash and some graphics on the side I see nothing different from my 2019 ranger fx4 .

Ranger is outdated and overpriced. For the price you could get a F150 and get mroe out of it.

That's always been the case really. The top end of the ranger will overlap with the low end F150. Just like you'll soon be able to spec a top end Maverick within low end Ranger territory.

That's the idea. You're not really saving a lot more than a full size truck. Might as well spend the little extra and get something that parts are available for and you can get a better discount.

We really dig the size and dimensions of the Ranger, though, and its torquey EcoBoost make it a lot of fun around town and on twisty roads.
