@@yashkant143 no replies from any of the youtuber so as per comfort wise i am going with sedan i.e., amaze also the after sale service of tata was the factor i was skeptical about. Don't want to take any risk as being a middle class and first time owner. Baleno is out just because of safety purpose. It is said that "1 baar maruti (suzuki) le lo tension hi nhi rhegi fir koi" car is also very good. You test drive the new variant. Altroz and tigor have its own advantages see if you have good contacts in dealership and service center i would strongly recommend you to go with tata. If your running is much you can opt tigor icng. And if you could stretch your budget go with nexon xm(s) very good choice it will be. Or otherwise altroz xz will do the work for you or if you want more power you can also go after xz turbo variant. See I'm not saying that other variants are bad either, its just you will get almost every necessarily features in the variants. And i told you about every car just because i don't want to enforce you. Just test drive yourself, take your family to the showroom and ask them which one they find most comfortable. Afterall comfort should be first priority to people like us. So yeahh all this vehicles are best in our budget. Go and check it out. I'm trlling you the variants that you should look for - 1) Honada amaze VX MT - have booked this one , no need to go for base models if we can get every features at reasonable rate. 2) tata altroz - xz aur xz turbo (for extra power only but will reduce the mileage) 3) tigor - go for top variants petrol or i cng since it will be under 10 easily 4) baleno - go for alpha it will cost more than 10 but you can get 6 airbags and many other features but if you dont want to stretch zeta ( not sure about the name but second top variant) is also value for money. 5) nexon xm(s) - will cost you about 11Lakhs ORP but you will get sunroof bigger GC powerful engine and a higher variant car whose resale value is very good currently. @@Di1eepNagendra I drove almost 600kms and what an engine refinement.!! it is at next level (I have MT) Mileage is around 10-12 KMPL in starting, I am still exploring and don't have regret on my decision. (Honda is reliable/ super refine)

@@Di1eepNagendra Sorry but, what kind of noise you are talking about? Honda Engines are best in world & I feel this car has better NVH than other car. Better you experience car in person. Don't go with other KZfaq comments as you will pay a huge money if you buy it.

If milage is a concern then Dzire and Baleno best options, othervice its jazz as per me

These two cars belong to completely different segments. Also, Amaze VX is 45k costlier than Altroz XZ N/A petrol. However, Amaze VX is a more practical car. Honda's petrol engine is very reliable and refined, although you might feel a slight lag after 5000 rpm. But, it feels negligible if you don't rev your car too often. Amaze has scored 4 stars on GNCAP, so it's safe as well. It has best in segment cabin and boot space, affordable maintenance cost and decent resale value(if this aspect matters to you). Besides, it offers all basic as well as good to feel features. The only real bummer is that it's rear seats come with fixed headrests. As far as Altroz is concerned, it has best in segment 5-star safety rating, nice cabin and boot space and a host of features. However, Tata has hiked the price of Altroz XZ by almost 25k and at the same time, reduced 3 features(leather wrapped steering, physical buttons for infotainment and digital MID) which were earlier available with this model. These are cheap tactics. Plus, the N/A petrol engine of the Altroz is severely underpowered & unreliable in the long run. After sales service & customer support is questionable as well. Buy Amaze if you can stretch your budget. Otherwise, consider Hyundai i20 Sportz.

@@vishalgandotra1328 You will get fixed headrests in both i20 as well as Amaze. But while i20 offers rear AC vents with a USB charging point, you won't get rear AC vents in Amaze. However, Honda's AC is really powerful, so you won't feel the absence of rear vents. You will get both rear AC vents as well as rear adjustable headrests in Altroz. But, I already mentioned the problems you might have to face if you buy Altroz. The thing is, there are very few cars in India within 9 lakhs which can be considered vfm.

I think u should get 15 inch alloy wheels and rear parking camera...if showroom can add those over S variant for 30-40k, then it's a complete package. I heard dealers are providing 15 in alloy wheels for 30k extra in exchange of normal wheels that come with S variant..Not sure about the touchscreen infotainment system and rear parking camera....

Yea... actually it's possible...but they will continue with successful models like Amaze & City...It's high time that they need to launch a entry level hatchback and small SUV styled cars to be in competition

@@souravrout6992 the state of compact sedans is bad these days due to lack of demand. At 9 Skoda Rapid is a great car (Rider/Rider plus variant) but the maintenance is high comparatively. If sedan is not a necessity, one can go for a good premium hatchback with loaded features. Or get an entry level wannabe SUVs like Nexon or XUV 300. Amaze is a very good car. 4 star in ncap rating as well. But the interiors could have been better.

@@whyzi6143 the truth is that there are very few cars which are vfm within 10 lakhs in the Indian market today. If one car offers something really good, it cuts down on something else and also hikes the price. After examining all options within 10 lakhs, I have come to the conclusion that 3 cars from 3 different segments can be vfm in some aspects - Tata Nexon(compact SUV), Honda Amaze(Compact Sedan) and Maruti Suzuki Ignis(crossover/mini SUV). I took into account a combination of factors like good safety(minimum 3 stars on GNCAP), reliable engine, good to drive in city as well as highway with proper suspension setup, decent looks, all necessary features and service quality as well as cost. All other cars within 10 lakhs lacked in one or more of these criteria.

@@souravrout6992 True. I personally drive a 6 years old ciaz right now which costed me 9.5 on road back then😂 vxi+ variant. How the times have changed now.

@@whyzi6143 Ciaz used to come in those variants back then? I thought Ciaz was always offered in Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha variants at Nexa.
