As always, great video, Tish! As you know, I’m not the biggest fan of these small crossovers with funky styling, but I’ve always liked the Kona. So much so that I talked one of my friends into getting a lime green Kona Limited with the 1.6 turbo engine. With that engine, it seriously moves! Can’t wait for more videos!

Back to the awesome reviews, great video Tish. I do like the Kona, shame about the boot and Interior, compared to its rivals its a bit boring. The range on the smaller battery model is still perfect for those with a small daily commute, 20 - 30 miles. Enjoyed the review 👍🏻

You are right a black roof looks great on the Blue, pur 39kWh Facelift Premium has this. We threw out the standard boot board & polystrene and with a new boot board gained 80 litres boot space so now close to e-Niro, we also have a Frunk for cables etc

The WLTP went up on the facelift partially due to the fitting of Michelin Premacy 4s in place of the earlier models Premacy 3s. Our 39kWh is regularlyboffering over 200 miles range

The 39kwh battery pack does 0-60 in 9.9sec according to Hyundai Is 0-60 really around 8sec ?

I really like this car but I would go for the 64kwh version. I am mostly doing local journeys but I need to drive to London, Birmingham and Manchester in the next few months so I need the extra range.

The comment about "thrills round the back roads" are a bit odd to me. Everyone reviews this as a budget golf gti. Add some better tyres and you're getting a 5second 0-60 and handling better than any of its rivals. Also gotta account for the mini only having sub 200 range. Honda E getting real world range of under 150

Great EV from Hyundai. Converting a petrol to electric and keeping FWD isn't great but then again it's not aimed at keen drivers

This car is a visual mess. High waistline with little windows is harry high pants enough then add that bonnet bulge from the mirrors forward is just goofy, side on it looks like a cut n shut of two different cars that don't quite fit together. Steering wheel looks like a laughing emoji. Rear lower lights are a weird shape that have no symmetry with anything else and the bumper is too high leaving the rear suspension hanging out in the breeze being tacky. Front end is unimaginative, uninspiring and that flap is a total afterthought. Seems they forgot about the plug and just took a grinder to the bumper and even then it's another random shape that has no symmetry with its surroundings, and just like the rear ditto for the front lower lights. Why a city car needs a lift kit is just baffling. Was this created as a joke to out-weird SsangYong? At $71,287 AUD it's a whole lotta money but gets you a whole lotta ugly. Reeks of cheap. In the words of J Clarkson "Get it out of my sight".
