If you don't warm up TPI's correctly they will seize. Lot's of old two stroke guys start them cold and try to clean them out and the next thing you know they seize. You have to warm these up slowly and then you can game on all day long.

@@JakeTiesler Doesn't matter how hot the day is, if you don't warm them up properly they seize, I've rebuilt many of them...

When you talk about blown up, does that mean it’s just time for a new piston or what?

The motor locked up, had to replace the piston, ring and rod too I think
