@@SocaNick sure! The car is a beauty on the road, drives very smoothly and comfortably. Good fuel economy, on average I’m getting 43mpg. Climbs steep dirt trails and descends steep trails well. It’s surprisingly quick for a Toyota SUV and lots of room for storage. Perfect for a week long camping trip, doing grocery runs and everything in between! A few things that I didn’t like that I upgraded were the dashboard tweeters due to their horrible output, and recently bought a new wheel and A/T tire set and roof rack for more storage. Hope this helps and I’ll answer any questions you have!

I test drove a Venza LE. It’s nice, but I much prefer the RAV4 center console over the Venza. Also, when you move up to the XLE or Limited Venza, you get those horrible capacitive controls for the climate control and audio. You should do a RAV4 hybrid vs Venza.

The JBL sound system in ALL Toyota vehicles is hugely disappointing. It's way past time for them to update this system, especially considering how much they charge for it. It's also annoying that Toyota uses such cheap looking low resolution screens in this very expensive vehicle. Other than those couple little gripes, I think the Rav4 Hybrid is an excellent daily driver, overall, which is why I have a XSE on order. At $39k it's definitely a bit pricey, but it has every available factory option, plus this is the first vehicle I've purchased that I plan to keep for its entire life, so I don't mind spending a little more for a loaded model. Great review!

@@jaydenp.6243 Although the H-RV is larger in size and has AWD, the CH-R would win because it would be cheaper, it has lumbar support, and it has a heated steering wheel. The CH-R also has a safer feeling because I think Toyota throws in their ENTIRE safety suite. The H-RV has older technology and does not have blind spot monitoring but does have a camera. I would say the CH-R takes the Lexus UX.
@jaydenp.6243

@@PrituBhai no way CHR take Lexus. UX hybrid has better MPGs, better looks, better infotainment. And it has a better looking head and taillights. Better finishes, more hp, AWD, optional hybrid powertrain. And the regular UX has all that minus AWD and hybrid powertrain (but still gets more MPGs). And every UX is bigger than the CH-Are. the only thing the CH-R has is more trunk space and that’s only when your comparing to the hybrid UX, and it only has 2 more cubic sqft. And it’s interesting to note that Lexus has a better dealership experience then Toyota according to JdPowers 2020 ranking.

I test drove this car recently at a Toyota dealership and wasn't very impressed with the acceleration on it. I didn’t get a lemon. My problems are the same as most. Toyota has some lemons for engineers and quality control techs. Add to my list the fuel tank filling problems. It fills up but stops filling anywhere from 3/4 full to full. It’s pretty inconsistent. At 6k miles my mileage got better at 38mpg but only because I stopped driving on the freeway. With mixed street and freeway driving, in eco mode, I got 36mpg. Makes no sense but I get better mileage in normal mode.

Another boring, ugly, middle of the road crumpled egg carton which has 4 wheels, one on each corner. Just sooo exciting! 52 sec. cut off.

In this day and age of slow moving traffic and gridlock boring is actually good. Might as well get some efficiency out of the experience if you can’t get speed
