AMD needs to change its forms design ( templates) to allow user to select the fields they want displayed on these "templates". . For example the default template for daily schedule has age, not DOB of patient. Please make these things usable at the point of care . Create a tool for end user to design the reports they need. It should not be a special charge item for the users,
