ROCK! I'd definitely suggest an A.E.V Rear diff skid plate for the colorado. Also 589 fabrication shock skids, also shock relocation for additional ground clearance. I installed 589 shock skids, and the A.E.V Rear diff skid and it definitely gives me additional peace of mind. Great video guys! Keep up the good work.

If you haven't already done so. Get the Trifecta tune on that thing. I installed mine 2weeks ago. Makes a huge difference and transmission shifts are way better

I hope the new exhaust changes the sound as I thought a Honda Civic had joined you doing Donuts. The truck did well through that trail though. One of the Range Rovers has a camera for both front wheels just for off-roading and those who do that with them swear they are fantastic, but does the spec justify the cost not in my mind.

Those cheap Amazon rear view cameras with the monitor that goes over the rear view mirror work well as a rock crawling camera. I did this on my ZR2. Mounted just above the winch and it’s got a wide angle lens.

Only way you can part ways with that ZR2 is if I’m getting it !!! Love this truck man awesome build and I like to think it’s gonna be a ranger killer but why not build it to compete with a lot of others like maybe a small turbo tune maybe Mike knows someone and can be helpful !

If you don't agree with the shift points, hold down your traction control button for about 15 seconds until you see ESC off appear in your center dash screen....it's a unknown to most with ZR2, but in small circles is called "fun mode" and it lives up to that! Enjoy!!!

You should get it programmed so it knows what tires you have now and I guarantee it'll drive better. Also try running in tow haul mode since it's lugging the extra weight of the 35s. Made a huge difference on my truck.

I'm buying a truck the end of next month. I'm still trying to figure out what I want. A Zr2 is up there on the list though.

Rocks! If you go with 35” tires it’s expensive but you should go with the Nitro 4.56 gear install. Gears are the best mod for the ZR2 because it’s geared so high from the factory 3.42.

I’ve found the transmission works better using manual mood. put it in 7th gear for most driving That way it can’t shift into 8th and bog down. I leave it in 6th just normal driving under 50 mph.
