I'm so inspired to add legs or a base to a piece like you did with the dresser. I always love the added height it gives to 60s and 70s furniture. I'm currently flipping a big dresser with dental molding and excited to get some shelf liners for the open portions for a pop of print.

I've refinished furniture for myself and family for years. If only I were as good at it as you are. I love watching your You Tube channel. I'm currently refinishing my whole house full of furniture. Last week I scored an antique drop leaf table and four chairs for free. I'm so looking forward to working on the table. The table needs a complete refinish. So do the chairs, which are rush seats. I've never done rush seats, but as usual I will watch a few videos and jump in to try my hand at it. I plan to start flipping for profit as soon as I complete my own. That way I can afford to keep flipping furniture to pay for my own. I love hunting for new pieces and I go to Harbor Freight way to much. Thanks for sharing the new color for 2022. Also for sharing your knowledge with us.

Brand new to giving furniture new life. I have a 1950s bedroom set given to me by my neighbor. I have been watching videos for weeks now and have not been able to decide on colors for this artistic endeavor. I have everything cleaned, sanded and prepped. Now I can pick colors to blend with Evergreen Fog knowing someone will be looking for this trending color scheme. I can't wait to get started!

Im brand new today. We just love your channel and inspiration. I even got my hubby to watch. He has had leukemia. He was laid off 2 yrs into treatment. We are both on fixed income. And he had kidney cancer surgery a yr ago and is facing an adrenal gland surgery. This would be precious to be able to win. :) I have tried a couple craft item fun gifts of chalk painting and we would love to have a chance to win this set :) to try a piece together. I just love your heart. Thank you for sharing your journey. We have had to go through all his savings and this could be a blessing to try a piece.. :)

I’m trying to get over my fear of messing up and just go for it with furniture flipping. What really interests me is taking pieces that would otherwise end up in a landfill because they are deemed “ugly” and making them into functional works of art. You nailed that with this piece. It turned out stunning!

To fill wood grain, take your wood filler and water it down some. Paint it on with a brush then sand when dry.

I’m painting my bedroom furniture with almost that exact same color. Love it so much. That piece is beautiful, I love the base. The dresser looks fresh and you breathed new life into it. You never disappoint on your flips. Great job once again. I’m running out of good things to say about the pieces you’re creating.

Evergreen Fog is my favorite color… I love seeing it on more & more furniture! I would love to flip nightstands for my bedroom for a fresh, calm color. The Sherwin Williams starter kit would be quite helpful in doing this project. That new base made all the difference on your dresser, nice work! -Mel

The paint color is perfect. You showed it who is boss in your workshop! It looks like what we used to call Sage Green about 40 years ago. That is a great package for anyone restoring furniture. I have my mother's sewing machine in its original cabinet that would look great in this color.

Love the color! You did a great job filling in all that wood grain. Well I would use the paint and supplies on many projects. Going to start working on some pieces to use in my garage to make it more functional and spruce it up. So I would probably use them on that . Love your channel 🍋

I started out with flipping a table and chair set. I realized that spindle chairs are an absolute nightmare to paint :). But now I’m flipping dressers and am having a blast. My favorite is finding the ugliest ones I can and transforming them. Love your channel. You always have a variety of styles of furniture which is nice.

Green is my favorite color and I really love that shade. I love seeing those old vintage hutches made over. They are great for extra storage for just about any room. Even though they are somewhat "dated" I feel with the right color they can work in today's homes.

To me, this is all about a rainy day at driftwood beach. The base has striations that flow like calm waters running up over beach sand. The drawer handles have that shadow that's like rain clouds. The shadows also add visual texture. The gray just finishes it to perfection because it has that driftwood beach look when there is a lot of humidity and a light drizzle. If you had added nautical symbols or any decoration it would have looked cliché. But this way the viewer can interpret it however they want. It's a lovely restoration that would look stunning with a glass vase of white magnolias on it. Well done.

i recently started trying to flip some furnture because things are getting too expensice and i needed a little extra income. dressers are the easiest things to flip that sell the fastes but i also love to refinished jewelry boxes. they arent really popular, in my area, but i still do them anyway because i like to do it.

I love all greens, it’s my favorite color. I’m so glad it’s getting more popular amongst refinishers, and I’m able to see different shades on more furniture pieces. This Evergreen Fog would be the perfect color for my grown son’s old dresser. It’s such a airy, light, and neutral green. I think it lends itself to so many applications on furniture in every room of the house.

I love this color. It's so soft and calming. Also, a great color to decorate with. It can be paired with neutral tones as well as adding some vibrant fun colors. Thank you for sharing!!! I'm redoing a wall in my living room and I think I would like to use this color on a farmhouse mirror I'm redoing and possibly on the wood shelves I'm making.

I love this shade of green it’s so calming and could go with every season and every decor style. It’s just simply beautiful. I chose maple stain color too - perfect compliment to this color. Haven’t had the issue with grain coming through like this one but I’ll add that fix to my to my toolbox. I have updated several different furniture types but tables are my favorite. Love updating tired pieces and making them beautiful! Thanks for awesome videos!

Really enjoyed the video. You never know what I'm gonna rehab next. I do all kinds of furniture. I've done old lamps, beds, doors, mailboxes, boats, and helped my husband on cars. We even sometimes make new items (tables, farm signs, wall decor, etc.) Out of old reclaimed items.
