My 2022 Goal: 1) Mental Health Stability - improve prayer habits ( im a muslim so 5x a day is struggle for a busy Nurse 😅) 2) Hitting 1M PHP personal savings 3) Journaling - for my mental health + work journal to track my growth 4) Masters Degree ✅ 5) Control online shopping 6) Walking 1hr - 3x a week ( again, busy and exhausted nurse needs sleep)

big changes in my life, when I learned how to take control of myself. be calm, yon tipong hindi nagrarush. tapos maglaan ng time for preparing, life going to school, making a project para hindi nagmamadali. meditation its helps a lot on how we starts the day; exercise in the morning. minsan kasi an ooverthink tayo,which it has to be simple. so kelangan lang talaga ng time management. and enjoy the journey. chase your dream, pero mag enjoy padin. doing things makes you happy is the best feeling.

Relate sa sobrang aligaga. That is my goal this year, take things one step at a time. Focus sa pag lose ng weight and maka acquire ng new house and have peace of mind. 💛

Love myself this time coz I’ve been so exhausted that I tend to hate everyone around me after because I feel like they will all betray and leave me. 5. Invest more. Be financially literate

Some of my 2022 goals: Health - need to go to the doctor for my PCOS and I need to lose weight! Less make-up purchase since wfh lang naman Start a vlog so I can go back into something 5-10 years from now! Maximize my CC rewards and promotions but not in a way na gagastusin ko kahit hindi ko kailangan but I want to be like you Ms Thea na ang daming GCs dahil sa mga transactions! I started to use Grabpay cash ins from my CC kasi ang laki ng points nila tapos may rewards din sa grabpay na pangfree-food! Fully pay my other property in Fairview under PAG-IBIG so I can apply for a new housing loan I'll be waiting and I'll watch your new series! So excited! Thank you for being a good influencer! 💕

i can relate dun sa part na parang laging nag mamadali. i tend to walk faster kasi i feel like hindi ako productive and simply do stuff like im alway on a rush. lately i also practice na mag chill down, remind myself na wala namang magagalit if i do things a little slower. And after nun i feel so much better. ☺️

2022 Goal/Priorities: -Upskilling (to start part-time freelancing and improve my Japanese Language skills) -Healthy body and mind (limit the use of socmed coz it's so stressful huhu and practice minimalism. Continue being active and lifting weights. I just realized working out is one of my ways to release the stress and negativities. And I have to build the habit of taking care of my physical and mental health while still in my early 20s) -Financial Freedom (want to know more and hopefully build a good portfolio for investments like stocks, reits and crypto. I have to build the habit of saving; tracking my expenses and updating my spreadsheets too. )

I almost hit my 1 M back then but sudden turn of events happened, and all of my savings were wiped out. Now in my middle age, but still in a corporate world. I would like to volunteer how can i plan to retire early when i just got married 3 yrs ago, have one 2 yr old son. And our savings is still not that high. Whether you pick me or not, just want to thank you for sharing this beautiful video.
