I morally disagree with NFTs on the basis of cryptocurrency being bad for the environment and the ambiguity of ownership of the work. It also lets NFTs be an option for money laundrying. However, it does show that the current systems exploit designers with middle-people taking large cuts of sales with Stock-file sales and such like. I enjoy Anti-Design to be ironic or parody. However, I would never use it if I wanted to communicate information to the viewer. Arcane is beautiful and I'm glad that western animation styles are diversifying. Part Deco is cool and I've been admiring it for a while. Achromatic Design has the interesting effect of creating a chronal barrier between the work and the viewer. A specific example would be in history textbooks with black and white photography that makes the events seem super old. When in reality, colour photography would have existed and the events would actually be rather recent. Visual Overload is not for me :)

Anti-Design is very interesting. For me it's a mix of liquid/punk/psychedelic design, diy aesthetic and brutalism with a hint of grunge. We see some plays with rhythm, movement, contrast, colours, the norm and how to break it. I have some pieces of swiss design prints with typography on it and they are going in the same direction stylized wise. And a big plus: for maybe 5 years i found designs similar as this anti design movement. but the pieces always were in japanese. flyer for crazy parties or events. interesting to see it now in a more mainstream trend way :)

seen a lot of anti design in band poster. when you put it in bulletin board it stand out the most from any other poster, other than that its only work if you want to generate likes in behance or dribble.

NFTs does not seem to be for real artists as there are no regulations to selling stolen art and the other thing the platform is not environment friendly. Not sure why no one mentions that.

@@NARASYPOO now that you mentioned I realized that. When someone's giving away information about NFTs it is sad that they don't think it is their duty to also talk about the cons. How one Ethereum transaction uses ton of energy resulting in more energy consumption and impacting the environment.
