2022 Land of Lincoln CORN HARVEST - Rankin Illinois

In this video I am out in a corn field with a family farm near Rankin Illinois as they harvest their 2022 corn crop. In the video they are running their John Deere S680 combine with a Deere 612C 12 row corn head. Running beside the combine is their New Holland T8 350 tractor pulling a Kinze 1050 grain cart.
I filmed this on the afternoon of Saturday October 22, 2022 and have various drone angles and a couple on the ground shots of all the action.

Excellent video Mike👍🏻. You got about the best drone footage I've seen. My favorite grain carts are Kinze 1050's. Only thing that would've made it better of it were on tracks.

We farm close to here and if you're wondering about yields, corn was all 200-300+ and beans 50-70+. Don't mind sharing yields but do not like being asked how many acres I own.

Mine will only record at the controller. If they did you would only hear the drone buzzing anyway

Is this a corn harvest or a corn silage harvest? Just learning - sorry.

Just corn harvest as in the grain only. Silage is the entire plant chopped up and done with a totally different machine
