I liked this review, very honest and to the point with what matters most about this vehicle. Me personally I still like the 90 better, but its coll to see the base model for this is still pretty good.

Its crazy that when this video was uploaded, the base price Defender S 110 was $67,000 ; only 1 year later and now the base price for that same model is $78,000 . Regretting not buying one last year

Canada is so much more expensive than the USA for everything. Same vehicle here , a 110 S well equipped out the door for around 65K. Big difference. Thanks for the honest review.

Thanks for the measurements. The depth to the back of the console is good, but the more relevant dimension would have been the dept of the flatbed alone. This is the actual loading depth. And the more accurate, the better, down to half inch.

The Bronco isn't a lot less than this base 110. But now that the Defender has been out for a couple of years, I sure would like to know if its reliability is improved over historical LR vehicles or not. I still like to buy and hold. I like the size (versus the latest versions of the GM/Ford full size SUVs), and I like the fact that a better-appointed 110 cleans up well but doesn't blink going off road.

Awesome Landee.Awesom off roader too,you can keep another set of rims with some more aggressive tires. I would probably keep Goodyear dura tracks on. I'm glade that new Land Rovers keeps good off road capacities.Great channel I'm subscribing

This isn't a base model. Broncos don't come with '35s or 37s": 32s, 33s, or 35s - only the Raptor gets 37s. This isn't coil suspension, its air suspension: which you noted 3 seconds prior. That's the 11.3" screen, not the 10.1" screen. @9:40 - how would "filling the roof rack" obstruct your rear view visibility?

How are these for daily use? We RR and RR Sport. Loving the looks of this but the odds of us ever going off road is close to 0.

All I know is that I knew someone who bought a brand new Range Rover. I remember everyone questioning why he hadn’t driven it in a while. Then someone mentioned it was in the shop. Something about something going on with the suspension. He got it back and before you knew it, the car was MIA again! It’s funny how the actual owners of the vehicle “keep quiet” about all their issues, until they get rid of it. But until then, they stay quiet as a mouse about the mayhem they’re going through 😂

No one ever explains the 4x4 system. What torque distribution does it default to, front to rear? Up to what percent can be shifted front or rear? Does it have actual mechanical LSD front and rear, rear only or not at all, or is it just a brake-based system? Very superficial review.

Excellent review! Do you think that this is a daily commuter and can commute in traffic in comfort? I had a 2 door jeep and loved it but started to feel beat down and shell shocked from the road noise. Your thoughts? Also, what about the base 2 door model compared to this base model which is a better buy and have you done any thing on the 2 door base model like this? Very helpful and thanks!

Great video! Thank you! I've subscribed. I've watched many videos on the Defender, Bronco, Wrangler etc... a lot of videos complain about the Defenders reliability. Is it really that bad? I love the vehicle and it's on my short list. I'm a little nervous about these reliability complaints? Has the reliability gotten better?

Had my 110 for 12 months now, still don’t understand where the unreliability thing comes from . As for the the rear lights , yes they look good but are virtually impossible to clean and guess what, they fill up with snow too so definitely need a rethink

does the base model 110 come with air suspensions and the rear view camera? I'm asking because the tested Defender in the video was "almost base"

Okay, I've decided on the 4cyl. because I can just afford a 110 S. There's a 2024 Defender S with quite a few nice options and upgraded leather interior and wheels out the door for $74 in New York. In the Pangeon Green. I must be out of my mind. Way more then I should be spending, and actually way more then my wife thinks WE should be spending, but MAN it's nice. The dealership experience however is nothing but unpleasant. The Hartford, CT dealer won't even text me back now because he thinks I'm being difficult. I'm really not, I just won't pay OVER MSRP for a 2 door 90 that has a purple wrap. Yup, they wrapped it, which looks amazing, but tacked on another $6500 for it. Are they delusional. Otherwise they dont have what I want and they dont want to order or trade with other dealers so they can go screw themselves. By the way, this is the same salesman I had in 1998 who I bought a Defender from and he's still being a total dickhead. I wish I was smart enough to simply wait for the new Toyota Land Cruiser but it won't put a smile on my face like the Defender will. Land Rover puts something in the water.

For a vehicle of that weight, it’s ridiculous to put a 4 cylinder into it just to capture more market. Specially on a vehicle that’s designed for off-road although we all know the people buying Defenders are people using them to shop, go to Starbucks and pick their kids up from soccer practice.

The new defender can not even to reach to the that aggressive monster look of the old 2015 defender 2.2 puma 110 ever. The new defender is just looks like a another discovery model of them. They ruined the look of it with our passion. However a great video!
