if this starts at 12 lakhs then why shouldn't I choose seltos with 6 airbags and music system which starts at 10.5 lakhs?

Overall package is just good, wish if they could have provided some more power to the Grand Vitara. In future Maruti might think about more power।

If they manage to ex showroom price base model below 10 lac then only it is VFM otherwise above 10 lac and Creta diesel base will become preference..

The 1.5 liter petrol creta is not much better than this car if you look at it from a performance perspective. I think that's the model this goes after.

Wats the point of releasing a bigger car at higher cost while interior space is kept same as brezza? Creta or seltos are anyday better options. But if mileage is the only priority, then this is the right option

Brezza with the same engine feels underwhelming, this one would be worse. Maruti cannot sell premium cars with such engines. Customers are okay with 17/18 kmpl also if the engine is powerful. A 1.5L Turbo with 140 hp is what required for this segment. All other competitor have it.

The mild hybrid should have come with atleast a turbocharger. This should be a big miss from Suzuki and Toyota.

1.5 naturally aspirated engine is very reliable engine with long life, less maintenance. Connecting turbo to this engine wont do any better thats why suzuki dint do it now expect maybe later

Uk s cross 1.4 turbo has 22 kmpl. 9.7 sec for 0 to 100 Why not in india

So in one word: Underpowered. maybe in the facelift, they will increase the power just like what tata did with harrier, Everything else looks pretty much sorted. One complaint is that at least in hybrid they should have provided better power and torque specs. Currently, all new 1500cc Maruti cars are not good highway performers. This will in fact push people towards the diesel version of Creta/seltos.

It is an SUV version of XL6. It'll be priced on par with XL6 or probably at a ₹50 K premium, variant to variant.

Maruti Suzuki has done it.... It has created a mo-ped. Ruined Brezza's look, and ruined Vitara performance. Strong hybrid is probably going to be pricey.

1.5 liter with 103 hp for such a vehicle, which is powering the smaller Brezza.. and the reviewer says that buy this because of hassle free ownership.. hehehe he should outright say go for Creta, Seltos and those who want driving pleasure go for Skoda VW... The engines from Toyota and Suzuki are seriously under powered...

Maruti ka Trump card hai mileage..kitna deti hai. so essentially maruti will never choose power over mileage. so this 1.5 na petrol engine will do business in all the future cars from brezza n upwards .

A good package let down by the unexciting and underwhelming mild hybrid engine....strong hybrid would be my pick...only meeded to know is Global NCAP ratings
