It's been a while and I am grateful that I have not been forgotten.
Instead of making video on either purely cooking/baking or showcasing my products, I have decided to do a vlog to showcase whatever that comes along. This is my life and I will share as it is.
Soy Milk, my version. Why do I say that as most people use rock sugar but I prefer honey rock sugar. Adding pandan leaves is a Singapore/Malaysia thing, I believe. But I personally think that it enhances the taste.
The recipe is simple
1. Soak 200g soy bean overnight or at least 4 hours
2. Drain water, pour in jug
3. Add 600g water
4. 1min/ Speed 8
5. Add another 600g water
6. 10sec / Speed 3
7. Filter soy milk ( I am using a filter bag recommended for soy milk based on the size of the hole 豆浆过滤袋 80目)
8. Add pandan leaves (my leaves were frozen)
9. 100g rock sugar (you can change to change type of sugar adjust the level of sweetness to your taste)
10. 18min / 98 °C / Speed 2 (serves hot or cold)
*remember to take off measuring cup and use basket instead while cooking soy milk

豆浆，我的版本。为什么我这么说，因为大多数人都用冰糖，但我更喜欢石蜂糖。我相信添加香兰叶是新加坡/马来西亚的习惯。但我个人认为它的确让豆浆添加风味。
食谱很简单

2. 沥干水，倒入主锅
3. 加入600克水
4. 1分钟/速度8
5.再加入600g水
6. 10 秒 / 速度 3
7. 过滤豆浆（我用的是豆浆过滤袋，80目）
8. 加入香兰叶（我的叶子是冷冻的）
9. 100克冰糖（你可以用任何糖和自调甜度）
10. 18 分钟 / 98 °C / 速度 2（热饮或冷饮亦佳）
*煮豆浆时记得取下量杯，用篮子代替
